    I signed up with Henry

    I signed up with Henry Meds back in December 2024, and initially, everything seemed fine. I met with the nurse practitioner, got my medication, and even received two refills. But, when the second month rolled around, I was charged $150, and no refill ever arrived. I've reached out to their support multiple times, and each time they promise to expedite my refill. Yet, here I am, over a week past my first month, and still nothing. It's really frustrating. If you're thinking about using their services, be careful. I'm so annoyed right now that I'm even considering legal action. This experience has been a nightmare.

    I had a pretty bad experience with Henry Meds. They tried to bill me nearly $400 for my second month, which was way too much. I spent five days going back and forth with them on the phone and email, trying to sort out the overcharge. In the end, I decided to cancel, but they refused to refund the $200 they had just charged me, even though I didn't receive any medication. It felt quite sketchy. Plus, the meds didn't even work for me. If you look up reviews on BBB and Reddit, you'll see a lot of people saying the same thing about their pricing and meds. It was a really frustrating ordeal. Save your money and time.

And not just small amounts—$50 every month for so-called "administrative fees." They’re also charging for "medical services" that never happened. All I did was have a quick 5-minute chat with someone over the phone about a year and a half ago. How does that turn into hundreds of dollars later on? Honestly, it feels like they're just making stuff up to keep charging me. This whole situation is just frustrating and feels like a total rip-off.

    I can't believe what's been happening. I started this whole thing back on November 20th, 2025, and I'm still empty-handed. Twice, I was charged, but where's my prescription? It's like they took my money and vanished. The prescription my provider set up just disappeared into thin air, and now, dealing with customer service feels like running in circles. Every time I try to get answers, it’s the same unhelpful responses from the chatbot and customer service, like they’re reading from a script. It’s starting to feel less like a mistake and more like a scam. I'm really frustrated and just want this sorted out.

    So, I decided to try Henry Meds for my medication needs. They hit me with a $249 charge just for scheduling an appointment, which felt steep. Then, it took two weeks to actually see a doctor and another week to get my meds. By the end of it, I was out $1250 for just three months of medication. When I chose not to renew, they sneakily switched me to some maintenance fee without telling me. I only noticed when I saw the charges on my account and they outright refused to give my money back. This whole experience just felt shady. Honestly, there are way better options out there. Avoid Henry Meds if you can.

    For a couple of years, I thought I was in good hands with this company. But suddenly, everything took a nosedive. The staff started acting pushy, not like before. My last visit was the worst—my provider insisted I stock up on $3,000 worth of meds, claiming there'd be a shortage soon. Surprise, surprise, no shortage ever happened. And when I asked for a letter of necessity to get some money back through my HSA, they flat-out refused. It feels like a scam. They did try reaching out to make things right, but nothing's been fixed. Honestly, it's been a huge headache. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

    I decided to try out Henry Meds, thinking it'd be smooth sailing. Boy, was I wrong! After a few weeks of waiting, I was billed for a prescription that hadn't even shipped yet. I reached out through their portal, and it took a couple of days just to get a response. When they finally got back to me, the NP told me to check the website for info and videos, but finding them was like searching for a needle in a haystack. The customer service? Not great. Communication and clarity? Even worse. Honestly, I wish I'd never bothered with Henry Meds. It's been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

    I had this virtual consultation for my medication and was promised it'd arrive later that week or maybe early the next. But, weeks dragged on, and it was still stuck on "order received." I tried messaging them during business hours, but the chat was always closed for some reason. So, I sent three emails. Finally, I got a response to my first email weeks later, just to be told it's "in process." It's been super frustrating. I just want some clear communication and my medication on time. Is that too much to ask? It feels like I'm shouting into the void with no one listening or caring.

    I tried this medication thinking it'd be a great alternative, but it just didn't cut it. I noticed it wasn't working like the real stuff. I brought it up with the PA, hoping for some help or advice, but he just brushed me off. Felt like my concerns didn't matter at all. Frustrating! Then I stumbled upon GoodRx, and guess what? I found the real medication there for almost the same price. And it actually works! It's kind of a no-brainer now. Wish I’d known sooner, but at least now I’m back on track. If anyone else is in the same boat, definitely check out GoodRx.

    I tried using Henrymeds for my prescription, but the medication didn't work for me. I decided not to refill it, thinking that was the end of it. Then, out of nowhere, they hit me with maintenance fees because I was an "inactive patient." Seriously? When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused. It felt like they cared more about squeezing money out of me than actually helping. There are definitely better, more affordable options out there. I wouldn't recommend Henrymeds to anyone – they just seem greedy and unhelpful. Look elsewhere for your needs!

    I was really looking forward

    I was really looking forward to getting my medication, but things went south quickly. The UPS driver snapped a pic of a package that wasn't even mine, claiming it was delivered. Seriously? I specifically asked Henrymeds to send it to a pharmacy so I could pick it up myself. Trusting these delivery folks was a mistake. Now I’m stuck without my meds and feeling super frustrated.     I had a really frustrating

    I had a really frustrating experience with this service. The medication didn’t work at all for me. Then, out of the blue, they just stopped sending my medication. They claimed it was some kind of mistake, but wouldn't do anything to make up for it. I asked for either a refund or extra treatments to cover what I missed, but they flat-out refused. To make things worse, when I decided to cancel my subscription, they didn't process my cancellation request or even bother to confirm it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

    I feel cheated by this company. They ask for your credit card just to hold an appointment, but then they charge you $300 even if you don't go through with it. I tried to cancel, but they didn't stop the charges right away. You actually have to talk to one of their sales reps to cancel it officially. It's crazy. They keep charging you until you go through this whole process. It feels like a scam and they should be shut down. This whole thing seems criminal to me. Just be really careful if you decide to sign up.

    I had a frustrating experience with this company recently. They promised me a $100 discount, but then charged me the full amount anyway. When I called to get my money back, they refused to refund me and only offered store credit. I was not happy with that, so I appealed the decision. It's been weeks now and I haven't heard anything back from them. It's really disappointing and feels like they don't care about their customers once they have your money. Definitely not going to recommend them to anyone.

    BUYER BEWARE

    BUYER BEWARE! Henry Meds has been charging me for months when I never signed up for its program. All I did was ask one question and said not thanks. They will not refund my money even though they have nothing verifying me signing up. Henry Meds also goes by the name Adonis Health Inc., both have a 'F' Better Business Rating. I caution you of their shading practices, also other companies offer you the same medicines at a MUCH lower price.
