I signed up with Henry
I signed up with Henry Meds back in December 2024, and initially, everything seemed fine. I met with the nurse practitioner, got my medication, and even received two refills. But, when the second month rolled around, I was charged $150, and no refill ever arrived. I've reached out to their support multiple times, and each time they promise to expedite my refill. Yet, here I am, over a week past my first month, and still nothing. It's really frustrating. If you're thinking about using their services, be careful. I'm so annoyed right now that I'm even considering legal action. This experience has been a nightmare.
