    The PA during my medical appointment was very clear and seemed to know what they were talking about. They addressed all my questions well. However, I do think the website could be more upfront about the fact that higher doses of the drug cost an extra $100. It would be better if this was mentioned on the page (even with an asterisk) instead of being hidden in the FAQs. This makes me wonder about the marketing practices. It's also worth noting that Henry Meds isn't the only company that does this.

    I just had a call with their medical team, and it was really quick and smooth. The person I talked to explained everything clearly and didn't waste any time.     I've been using this service

    I've been using this service for a good while now, and it's usually been pretty smooth. Last June, I placed a big order for Tirz and needed to restart, so I scheduled an appointment with my provider. We discussed the plan and agreed on the next steps. Normally, my orders take around 5-7 days, but this time it took 2 weeks to arrive. Also, my provider was supposed to include zofran, but it didn't come with the order. I'm hoping this was just a rare slip-up because everything else has been fine in the past. Fingers crossed it gets back to the usual great service.

    I was happy with my apt last week, but now it's been more than a week, and my script still hasn't been processed. I'm paying for the full month without getting any meds. I really hope they come soon and that I'll get them on time every month.

    Getting meds from Henry Meds was a hassle. My biggest issue wasn't the medication itself, but the process to get them. Their refill survey kept going to my spam folder, even though I didn't mark it as spam, so part of that was my fault. But what really annoyed me was having to fill out the form every single time I needed a refill. After completing the form, you'd think the meds would be on their way once a doctor checked it. Nope! It gets reviewed again, and then you wait two to three weeks for a FaceTime call with the doctor, who just agrees with whatever you say. By the time you finish, you've missed 8-10 doses and start all over. My weight kept fluctuating because of this. They kept charging my account but paused shipping my meds.

    Let me tell you about my experience with Henry Meds. Getting the medication was a breeze, super easy process, just like everyone says. But, there's a catch. They don't really explain what happens when you stop ordering. Suddenly, I found out I was being charged $49 a month for some kind of "membership." It's a fee to keep your account active so you can see a doctor later, but they don't make that clear at all. They just keep charging you even if you're not getting any services. Feels like they're being sneaky about it. Honestly, I’d look for another provider who’s more upfront. This just feels wrong.

    I had a pretty mixed experience. The doctor was fantastic, really detailed in their approach. But the pharmacy, not so much. They got my 30-pill order approved on Monday, but by Friday, it was still just sitting there, not processed. It's frustrating when you need your meds and they’re just stuck in limbo. Next time, I think I'll try a different online service or just visit my doctor in person to avoid this hassle.

    Henry Meds is a textbook example of how not to run a business. I submitted a cancellation through their online form (the exact method they require), well before my next payment was due. Despite this, I was still charged nearly $300. When I reached out, I got nothing but robotic, copy-paste responses from a rep named Aleksander M., who embodies the worst kind of customer service — smug, unhelpful, and completely disconnected from reality. Aleksander repeatedly ignored the actual issue: I canceled, their system failed, and they still charged me. Instead of fixing it, he just kept parroting “policy,” as if hiding behind fine print somehow justifies taking someone’s money after a valid cancellation. Even when presented with a screenshot showing a clear cancellation date before the charge, they refused to issue a refund. It’s clear Henry Meds is more interested in squeezing every last dollar out of people than honoring basic fairness or accountability. They’re running a system where, if their back-end fails to log something, they act like it never happened — and then they stick the customer with the bill. Absolutely shameful. You can’t trust them to handle your information, your payments, or your time. And if anything goes wrong — even if it’s their fault — they’ll just repeat the word “policy” like it’s some kind of get-out-of-jail-free card. Aleksander, your “support” has been insulting. You’ve made this entire process harder, more frustrating, and more disrespectful than it ever needed to be. Do not give this company your money. There are better, more honest services out there. Henry Meds is a scam with a support team to match.

    Real headache

    Dealing with this company has been a real headache. It’s been almost two months, and I’m still tangled up in shipping issues. After my consultation on April 1st, my prescription didn’t arrive until April 18th. I’ve talked to customer support multiple times, and they keep saying the medication is on backorder, and it might take another 7-10 business days for the pharmacy to receive it. Once I finally got my meds, I had to wait another four days before starting. Now I'm stuck waiting again, and my first month’s supply will run out on May 22nd. Reaching support through the portal didn’t work, and even after putting in a ticket for email contact, there’s still radio silence. I called customer service, and they said the pharmacy is on backorder, but nobody knows when my order will ship. I asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but after being put on hold, the call disconnected. So I canceled the auto-renewal through the portal and emailed support demanding a cancellation and refund. If they don’t respond, I’ll take it up with my bank.

    Man, dealing with this company has been a headache. I know shipping issues aren't their fault, but come on. I signed up for testosterone on December 23rd, and now it's January 16th with nothing to show for it. The communication has been terrible - just generic email responses and no real help. I've called multiple times a day, but after being on hold for like 17 minutes, I always get disconnected. My card's about to be charged again, and I still haven't received anything. I had no problems with my local clinic, but I thought I'd save some money here. Big mistake. I'm giving it a few more days before I cancel and try to get a refund. Not impressed at all, Henry Meds!

    Hidden fees will be charged to your account!

    While this company might seem great to get started with, please note what they do not tell you is if you do not renew your 3 month med supply and do not cancel, you will be charged a "subscription fee" of $49/month. I had zero idea I was being charged this amount for 6 months! After calling their customer service line, they were of no help and denied my request for a refund. They are not forth coming with this information during your first call or during your consultation with the doctor. DO NOT use this company! There are other companies that offer the same service without the hidden fees. This cost me $343 with nothing in return. What a fraud!

Yet, here I am, over a week past my first month, and still nothing. It's really frustrating. If you're thinking about using their services, be careful. I'm so annoyed right now that I'm even considering legal action. This experience has been a nightmare.
