Picked up my package, excited for the new lights I ordered in matte gold with the cool door sensor. But what do I find? The boxes were just tossed in a bag, one completely crushed. Opened them up, and surprise—one light's matte gold like I wanted, but the other? Black. Not what I paid for. The quality? Feels way cheaper than expected for the price. Reached out to customer service, hoping for a refund. They kept pushing a replacement I didn't want. After a lot of back and forth, they said I only qualify for a refund on the black light. Their site says "30-day, no-hassle refund policy," but they didn’t honor it. No explanation, no resolution. Now I'm stuck with one wrong light, one I don't want, and out over $100. Filed a complaint and considering further action.
