    Picked up my package, excited for the new lights I ordered in matte gold with the cool door sensor. But what do I find? The boxes were just tossed in a bag, one completely crushed. Opened them up, and surprise—one light's matte gold like I wanted, but the other? Black. Not what I paid for. The quality? Feels way cheaper than expected for the price. Reached out to customer service, hoping for a refund. They kept pushing a replacement I didn't want. After a lot of back and forth, they said I only qualify for a refund on the black light. Their site says "30-day, no-hassle refund policy," but they didn’t honor it. No explanation, no resolution. Now I'm stuck with one wrong light, one I don't want, and out over $100. Filed a complaint and considering further action.

    I bought a couple of 6" lights, a 10" light, and two hand sensors, hoping to simplify my kitchen lighting. Unfortunately, it's been a headache. The 10" light wouldn’t pair with one sensor but worked with the other. Changing the sensor battery was a nightmare; the tiny screw wouldn’t budge, and I stripped it trying. Customer support sent me directions I didn’t need and finally agreed to send a new sensor. While waiting, I tried using one sensor for all lights. The batteries didn’t last long, so I wired them to stay on, which defeated the purpose. The 10" light fell multiple times, even after using extra adhesive and contact cement. The new sensor arrived but still won't pair. Seriously considering cheaper alternatives now.

    I tried to set up some lights with a motion sensor from this company and it was a total nightmare. The lights wouldn't connect right with the sensor no matter what I did. I spent hours on the phone with customer support, but they couldn't fix it. When I asked for a refund, they told me I'd have to ship it back to the US at my own expense.     The light is great! But the GlowRight Hand Sensor was dead on arrival. I followed the instructions carefully, multiple times, to no avail. What’s very disappointing is that I have not been able to get a refund or a replacement from “Customer Service” despite 14 email exchanges (!) including a video of the “problem” (I’m bewildered how a video of a dead sensor could be helpful?) Go for the purchase if you have money to spare, but otherwise do business with a company that stands behind its products.

The sensor arrived promptly on November 20, but the lights didn't show up until December 4th, which was two weeks later! How can a company think it's okay to charge extra for fast shipping and only send part of the order on time? This is really frustrating.
