    I wouldn’t recommend these lights to anyone

    I recently tried out these strip lights, and it’s been quite a saga. Initially, I was pretty excited about the hand sensors, but they acted up right from the start. Had to get them replaced not once, but twice, and they're still acting all wonky. Honestly, it’s been quite frustrating. You’d think the lights would at least last a decent amount of time, but nope, they die out way before they even get a full charge. It’s been a bit of a letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend these lights to anyone. If you’re looking for something reliable, you might want to look elsewhere. This just isn’t worth the hassle or the money.

    I got this wave-sensor a while back, and it was working fine for a couple of months. But then it just stopped. I thought I could fix it by resetting, but no luck. So, I figured it must be the battery. That’s when the real headache started. There’s this tiny screw, hidden way inside, that you need to take out to get to the battery. I mean, who thought that was a good idea? I had the right screwdriver, but the screw wouldn’t budge at all. It’s so frustrating because without changing the battery, the sensor’s just a fancy paperweight now. It feels like poor design choices made it useless, and that’s just a bummer.

    Bought these Smart+ Everywhere Light

    Bought these Smart+ Everywhere Light strips hoping for a bright idea, but wow, what a letdown. I got six of them - five for the kitchen and one for the closet. They barely last three days and take forever to charge, like 8 hours each. And the motion sensor? Total joke. Tried switching to a hand sensor, but no luck there either. Really wish I hadn't tossed the packaging because now I'm stuck with useless lights. Six bad ones can't be a coincidence, right? Save yourself the headache and skip these lights. Seriously, not worth the trouble or money. Just sharing my experience to help others avoid the same mistake.

    I picked up this light with a hand sensor, and it's been a bit of a letdown. The idea of just waving my hand to turn it on sounded great, but every single time I have to fiddle with this button to set a timer for it to turn off—10, 20, or 30 minutes. There's no indicator, so I'm always guessing if it even registered my input. Sometimes it doesn't, and then I find it's drained the battery because it stayed on. Wouldn't it make sense if you could just set it to automatically turn off after 10 minutes every time? Fell for a slick ad online, and now I'm stuck with this finicky gadget. Lesson learned.

    I was really excited about my new light, but the GlowRight Hand Sensor was a bust right out of the box. I tried everything in the instructions, over and over, but it just wouldn't work. The most frustrating part is dealing with customer service. After 14 emails, including a video showing the issue (which seems pointless for a dead sensor), I still haven't gotten a refund or replacement. It's like talking to a wall. If you've got extra cash and don't mind rolling the dice, go for it. But if you want a company that actually supports their products, I'd look elsewhere.

    I got these lights thinking they’d be perfect for all-day use, but they fall short. The brightness is alright, but the battery life is terrible. I expected to charge them once a week, but I have to do it daily. They don’t even last a full day! This is really frustrating because I wanted to leave them on most of the day. If you only need them for short periods, they might work, but for continuous use, they’re not great. I need to know how to get a refund and return these, because it looks like I’ll need wired lights instead. Pretty disappointed with this purchase.

    Bought 4 light strips and a sensor, and boy, I’m regretting it. Set them up just right, they worked perfectly... for a day. Then, they randomly unpair. Gotta use a pin to fix it, each one, every time. And no way to know if batteries are low. If they die, guess what? They unpair again. Charging them means re-pairing, over and over. Super frustrating. Plus, setting auto-off is a nightmare, leading to more battery drain and more recharging. Honestly, these lights are a hassle to use and keep up with. Should’ve spent my money on something else.

    What a disaster

    Wow, what a disaster. I ordered a smart light and a stand from this company, and both items showed up broken. Reached out to customer service hoping for a refund or at least some help with return shipping, but they straight up refused. Can you believe that? They wouldn’t even cover the return postage, which would cost me 32 frs to send back to China. So now I'm stuck with two broken items and out 69.88 frs. Honestly, this company is a complete joke. Totally unethical and shameful. Seriously, steer clear and save yourself the headache.

    I tried to set up some lights

    I tried to set up some lights with a motion sensor from this company and it was a total nightmare. The lights wouldn't connect right with the sensor no matter what I did. I spent hours on the phone with customer support, but they couldn't fix it. When I asked for a refund, they told me I'd have to ship it back to the US at my own expense. The shipping cost would be more than the lights! So, they basically don't do returns. I'm now reporting them to trading standards. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.

    Disappointed

    The light is great! But the GlowRight Hand Sensor was dead on arrival. I followed the instructions carefully, multiple times, to no avail. What’s very disappointing is that I have not been able to get a refund or a replacement from “Customer Service” despite 14 email exchanges (!) including a video of the “problem” (I’m bewildered how a video of a dead sensor could be helpful?) Go for the purchase if you have money to spare, but otherwise do business with a company that stands behind its products.

    I ordered a sensor and

    I ordered a sensor and some lights and paid an extra $15 for faster shipping since I needed them before Thanksgiving. The sensor arrived promptly on November 20, but the lights didn't show up until December 4th, which was two weeks later! How can a company think it's okay to charge extra for fast shipping and only send part of the order on time? This is really frustrating. I want my $15 back for the shipping cost because this is not acceptable service.

    I bought four GlowRights along

    I bought four GlowRights along with a sensor, hoping they'd brighten up my kitchen. At first, they worked fine, but the battery life is just terrible. I feel like I'm constantly charging them instead of actually using them. They might be okay for quick bursts of light inside cabinets, but for under-cabinet lighting while cooking or working? Not so much. I really wanted these to work out, but now I'm looking for something more reliable.
