This whole ordeal with the company
This whole ordeal with the company has been a disaster. I ordered a simple tablecloth, and the process has been anything but smooth. I opted for guest checkout, but when they sent me the order details for verification, it demanded a sign-in, impossible without an account. Normally, reputable companies include guest checkout info in the confirmation email – a no-brainer.
To track my item due in two-three days, I had to call them. The customer service claimed they emailed me the day before, but our office's robust spam filter often swallows messages whole. Today, in another call (while I was at a tradeshow trying to sort my tablecloth), they mentioned sending an email three days ago, citing an incorrect address. I'm baffled – no clue about that street, and my address input seems fishy.
They insisted I had an account (from my guest checkout mention), but attempting to log in with email OTP resulted in "no account found." Something's off. This company seems shady. Doubt I'll ever receive that tablecloth. And seriously, they can't be in Georgia, US – no way it would take this long or offer such a lackluster service.
