Very bad experience

I ordered an areca , the plant that came to me tilted and sick with very poor soil that doesn’t absorb water ! They never respond , disappear once you complete payment .. the plant died after only one week after it came !!! The images is neveeeer like what came ! This fompany is a total SCAM !

Big scam

The worst experience ever! Do not buy anything from this store. I purchased a Kalamansi tree that never arrived. They took my money and never responded to my emails. Only after I mentioned contacting the police did they briefly reply on WhatsApp — still no refund, no delivery, and no proper communication. I already contacted the Police and will go to Dubai tomorrow to report the issue. This feels like a complete scam. Be very careful before ordering from them.

Fraud company

This is a company that will take your money and deliver you sick and dying plants. They will never respond to your messages once the transaction is done - they will stop caring. There’s a reason the plants price is so cheap, because they are awful.

Worst Store Ever

Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs! I strongly do not recommend this company. The plants they send look nothing like the photos — it's like ordering from a very cheap store, and what you receive is a poor imitation. The customer service is just as bad. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to messages, and seem to disappear once your payment is made. The delivery was another disaster. The driver dropped the plants outside without even ringing the bell — probably because they know how disappointed customers usually are. My order took over a week to arrive, and when it finally did, they tried delivering plants are ill and the plants have eaten leaves by insects. Proces are double or even triple what you’ll find elsewhere. I only wish I had seen the other reviews earlier. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I ended up ordering from another provider (greenie.ae) and got my plants the next business day — no drama, and at half the price. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this company😑

Wow, I can't believe the behavior I witnessed in Dubai. I ordered a 1200 AED plan and wanted to share the conversation. When I requested to speak with a manager, the woman claimed she was the manager. When I asked for her name, she said it was Nikkie Minaj! Can you even believe that?

Got 4 plants, but they came in much smaller

Got 4 plants, but they came in much smaller pots than shown in the photos, so we needed to buy new pots. After 2 weeks, one plant had white spots. Contacted Wellpotted, but they didn't help at all… no advice for plant care. My suggestion… go to a reliable gardener instead to avoid the trouble of dealing with the wrong pots and unhealthy plants…
