Support team is great and the lessons they give are really helpful.
Support team is great and the lessons they give are really helpful. Just like with any insurance, you always hope you won’t need it. But when something legal comes up, you always end up saying "Why didn’t I learn this earlier?" These guys give you info ahead of time so you’re not stuck later. Most places don’t do that. They just tell you what helps *them*, not you. One thing I’ll say is the traing made things a lot clearer.

Great customer service.
Great customer service. I reached out to ask about reciprocity. The agent wasn’t sure of the answer, so he took a moment to research and called me back. In an era of poor customer service, this was a very good experience. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had a decent experience with this company lately
I’ve had a decent experience with this company lately, and the reviews are positive. However, when my annual membership payment was due, my card was expired, and the payment failed. I received a bunch of pushy emails that felt quite harsh and confrontational during the holiday. Because of these harsh emails, I began checking out other insurance options. Their pushy approach is really uncalled for.
