Company is bad. Pics make stuff look nicer than it is. Service stinks. They say they refund in 30 days but they don't act like they got it. DON'T RECOMMEND. Won't use them again.

Don't order from this company. The pictures look great, but you won't get your order. I spent over $160 and only got $80 back. They never sent my order. Can't trust 'em.

I am very upset!

I am very upset! Waited over a month for my order to arrive! I got these so-called cotton JEANS today! I paid 39.00 for pants that feel like a cheap polyester mix and are as thin as a T-shirt! And to make it worse, I ordered a "small" but received a "M"! I’m really unhappy with the product and kicking myself for not being more careful!! Big mistake!

I honestly would give three stars, but I want to be fair because their customer service is actually fantastic. I’m disappointed because the items that I ordered are out of stock. I’m assuming permanently. I will say a lot of the items are knock-offs, but pretty good knock-offs, although a few were just … well…. Not. But again, customer service was top-notch even in those cases. I would recommend; definitely not a scam site.

I was told that I made a purchase that was a presell or by design. The company confirmed this. Now it’s almost October 2024. I will try again to place this new order with your $30.00 gift cupon, and I hope this item will be shipped quick.

Ik heb 2 paar echt schattige jeans besteld, maar ik heb slechts één paar ontvangen, maar toen ik contact opnam met het bedrijf en erachter kwam hoelang het zou duren om ze te ontvangen, vroeg ik en kreeg ik onmiddellijk een terugbetaling. Het paar dat ik wel kreeg was zo schattig en ik hou ervan! Ze vallen klein dus ik zou een maat groter gaan (wat ik deed)!

The shirt sizing seems to be made for Asian sizes. I got a medium, but it fit more like a small (I'm a size 10 US). I did find the medium white pants to be just right, so I decided to keep them – they were really nice. The return process is a bit awkward, but the company handled everything well and solved all my issues to my satisfaction.

De klantenservice was echt snel en behulpzaam toen ik contact opnam over de ontbrekende broek. Ik kreeg meteen een terugbetaling. De broek die ik wel ontving, waren erg leuk, maar ze vallen klein uit, dus ik zou een maat groter gaan (wat ik deed)!

Szeretem a dizájnokat, de ami látható az interneten, az biztosan nem az, amit kapunk! A kép a hirdetésen egy prototípus, de ami érkezik, az általában valamilyen lézerrel nyomtatott másolat. Voltak olyan elemek, amelyeket szeretek, de ez egy szerencsejáték. A méret nem nagy. Vettem már néhány kabátot, és a ujjak sokkal túl hosszúak. Az utolsó vásárlásom egy abszolút bukás. A kabát eleje túl szűk a hátához képest, és a ujjak túl szűkek. A "csipke" a képen csak nyomtatott minta. Nem nagy vétel! De állandóan becsapnak a képek... emlékezz, hogy NEM kapod meg azt az elemet!

The company seems connected to Xpluswear. Like with URSIMe, my experience with XPluswear was alike. They try to give you less and not the right clothes as shown online. What you receive isn't even good enough for a thrift store. I asked if they're linked, and they replied oddly. They seem like Chinese scammers.

I placed an order for 3 items on February 10th, 2025, and received it on April 18th, 2025. Unfortunately, I got 2 black sweaters instead of one black and one red. Also, I ordered a stylish PU leather top, but they sent me a rough-looking green one instead. Very dissapointed 😞
