Scrolling through Instagram one day, I stumbled upon this ad for a new costume. It looked awesome and the price seemed right, so I decided to get it. When it finally showed up, the wait time wasn’t terrible, but things went downhill from there. The costume didn’t fit at all and the material felt super cheap, nothing like what I expected for the money I spent.
I reached out to customer service asking for a refund. Instead of helping, they offered me 20% off my next purchase, citing some environmental reasons. I was like, what? I just wanted my money back. So, I asked again for a return and refund. They then told me I’d have to cover the return shipping costs myself. I mean, seriously? Based on what I paid, I just wanted my money back.
I requested the return details and heard nothing. I’ve now sent three more emails and still no response. It’s beyond frustrating. The website clearly said there was a 14-day return policy, but they’re not honoring it.
All in all, this experience has been a nightmare. The costume was a huge letdown and the customer service is a joke. I can’t believe how poorly they’ve handled this. I’m feeling pretty ripped off and definitely won’t be buying from them again. Save your money and avoid this company if you can.
