The products came well-packaged and secure. My order was correct, and I even got a small sample, plus the prices were the lowest I found compared to other K-beauty sites. The only thing I would’ve preferred was a faster delivery time, as it took almost two weeks to arrive. Also, it would be nice if the website included product descriptions like YesStyle does.

I decided to leave a review for future buyers like myself. I placed an order on 22nd October 2024 and got my products around 4 weeks later. The delivery went well, and the packaging was very good. Everything arrived safely without any damage. Even though it took a while, I would still consider ordering again and I would recommend the company.

Már három-négy éve vásárolok a Stylevanától. Eddig mindig kiváló termékeket és megbízható szolgáltatást kaptam. Kezdetben az rendeléseim két-három héten belül megérkeztek, ami elfogadható volt. Azonban az utolsó három rendelésem több mint hat hétig tartott, mire megérkeztek. Minden alkalommal egy vagy több terméket eltávolítottak a vásárlás után készlethiány miatt – bár visszatérítést kaptam, azért csalódott voltam. Bár a Stylevana még mindig egy kicsit olcsóbb, mint a versenytársak, az árkülönbség már minimális. I’ve bought from Stylevana a few times, and it was kind of a mixed bag. Some orders took way too long to arrive. I feel like they list things on the website that they don’t even have in stock, and then they have to get them from somewhere else after you place your order. They really shouldn’t sell stuff they don’t already have on hand. Sometimes, I do get my order fast, but it’s a bit of a gamble, really. You never know if what you’re buying is actually in their warehouse or not. The prices are nice and they have lots of brands, though. Eventually, your order will come, you just gotta be patient. On the bright side, their customer service responds quickley.

I have contacted your customer support several times, but I haven’t gotten any response yet. After looking at other reviews on this site, it seems like you don’t pay attention to what people are saying. Many customers are mentioning how they reach out to your support, but after months, their orders are still not shipped. I made my order on February 2nd, and today is February 12th, and it’s still "in process" without being shipped. I’m really disappointed because I’ve ordered from your site before without problems. But now it feels like you’re facing issues and still selling products without delivering them.

I had to email them, and after 4 days, they said it would ship "soon" with no date given. Eventually, the order arrived with everything I wanted. I tried again, thinking the first issue was a fluke... but it wasn't! No updates again. I got a PayPal refund for an item but no communication from stylevana about the refund or missing items. Their customer service is a joke.

I double checked the address and even gave it again when there were problems, but it was right from the start. Yet, after all this time, no sign of my package. I’ve politely requested for you to sort this out and refund me as fast as possible. But still, no response from your side. I am really unhappy with how this is going. Still hoping for my refund!

I got a broken item but couldn't return it because I missed the 48-hour report window. They said they can't accept my claim. I was away, and my roommate got the parcel, so I couldn't report it in time. They won't give me a free return label; I have to pay to ship it from the UK to Hong Kong. Worst CS ever! I'd AVOID this company completely.

Huge scam! Avoid ordering from them. Cancel ASAP. They're terrible at giving clear answers and their customer service is awful. My item has been stuck in the "packaging stage" for over three weeks now. When I inquired about the progress, they responded after several days, telling me not to worry and that they're working on it. It is honestly crazy and disappointing.

Fraud and Scam

I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I had the worst experience with Stylevana, and I’m absolutely furious. I placed an order No. BWSVAUA160412296 on 31st July 2024 while visiting Australia, but it never arrived on time. Before leaving on 13th August, I instructed Australia Post to return the package if it was delivered after my departure. Well, it was delivered on 14th August, and Australia Post followed my instructions, returning the package to Stylevana’s warehouse on 16th August. I even received tracking confirmation from Australia Post that the package was delivered successfully to Stylevana's warehouse. Since then, I’ve been emailing Stylevana repeatedly, providing ALL the proof that the order was returned and asking for my refund of 88AUD. How did they respond? They didn’t. They ignored every single one of my emails until I had to post a negative review on Jabbar just to get any attention. When they finally replied, they had the nerve to offer me a useless AUD88 coupon – despite clear proof that the order was NOT lost and was already in their warehouse! It's been THREE MONTHS of constant emails to this company and they are ignoring my requests. Their response is beyond disgusting. It’s like talking to a BOT, with the same scripted nonsense over and over, refusing to acknowledge that they have my returned order! This company is a scam. They’ve stolen my money and are now forcing me to buy from them again, as if I’d ever give them another cent. Their customer service is non-existent, and they prey on customers with their shady practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They’ll take your money and run, and if you’re lucky enough to even get a reply, they’ll just offer you a pathetic coupon to silence you. STYLEVANA IS A TOTAL SCAM! Refund me my money.

I made a purchase on April 2nd and now it’s already June 5th

I made a purchase on April 2nd and now it’s already June 5th, but my stuff still hasn’t arived. Looks like DHL lost the box, but Stylevana won’t give my money back. They say they need to wait for DHL to finish looking into it. I messaged Stylevana five times and every time they just copy-paste the same reply. I even tried contacting Glamstar Limited (that’s the company listed on my PayPal), but no one ever got back to me. I sent them a proper notice last Friday and emailed again, but still no word. If they don’t fix this before my two-week deadline ends, I plan to report them to the Dutch ECC. I hope other people with the same problem do the same, cause it’s not okay. This stuff breaks the consumer laws in Europe and needs attention. To be fair, I did buy from Stylevana twice before. Delivery was slow, but at least things showed up. This time though, it’s clear that if anything goes wrong, their customer support just doesn’t help. I won’t be buying here again and I don’t suggest others use Stylevana if they want safe shopping for K-beauty stuff.
