I bought this product while I was on vacation in Aruba. The salesman was really good at showing it to me and explaining it. We decided to buy it, even though it was a big expense, and I asked the salesman if he could send me some instructions on how to use it with the facial products. He told me he would email me the directions. Now I’ve had the Jupiter for two weeks, but I never heard back from him. I’m still using it, hoping I’m doing it right. The pamphlet that came with it only covered the Jupiter, not the face creams. I feel a bit misled. I’ve never spent this much on face products before. They do make my skin feel good, but it was a very high price.

I bought the Jupiter in 2019. It worked great for keeping my skin firm and reducing wrinkles. Sadly, it stopped charging in 2024. I reached out to customer service, hoping to get it fixed. After some emails and sending the device back to Spacetouch, they sent me a completely new one. Really great customer service that kept me updated, even over the holidays. I highly recommend their products. They're well worth the investment.
