The entire experience was really simple. I signed up and began following in early spring, got the alert and bought the tickets during a pre-sale in June, and went to the show at the end of October. Will use again in two-days for another pre-sale for a show next summer.

Awesome company! They always keep me updated and let me know about my concert choices. I’ve been to quite a few shows already thanks to Seated and their helpful reminders.

I keep getting alerts about artists I like playing close by. But whenever I try to buy tickets or register for the artist presale, they don’t send me a verification code. I tried 8 times tonight and still no code. This isn’t the first time it’s happend either. I have never managed to finish a ticket purchase on Seated!

I got notified fast about the tickets being available and managed to grab great seats before they were open to the public.

Breach of Contract

Purchased two tickets 6 months out and the confirmation email said delivery would be via Tickemaster about 48 hours before show. I can't make it and waited for delivery to post for verified resale. Tickets did not appear; I checked and my Seated account says I must pick the tickets up from will call. I requested a refund for breach of contract, and was immediately denied.

Seated's support team is really good! Alexandra helped me reset my phone number after I got locked out of Seated's presale options because of an issue with my cell carrier, T-Mobile. Because of her, I was able to sign up for the presale of Dead and Company tickets without any problems. I have to say, she actually read my email all the way through and took action on it. To me, this shows how much Seated cares about its customers. With so many AI bots and automatic replies around these days, it was so nice to be actually heard! And getting a quick reply was so important too. If they keep doing this, they might just show Ticketmaster how to treat customers the right way. Thanks! RM
