I enjoy the comfort of the soft t-shirt and the design, but customers should be advised to size up at least two sizes rather than one for women's tees. At 5'3" with a small/medium build, the XL is too snug around the sleeves. I’m waiting for the company to get back to me about exchanging it for a larger size. I hope you uphold your policy on "free returns and exchanges." Edit to add - thanks a lot for your response on how you’ll manage the exchange. Much valued, and I would likely shop with this company again.

Wasn't sure if it was real.

I've never ordered from this website before, I was looking for a Bigfoot tropical shirt. I was a little worried cuz it took a while for it to get here so I thought it was a scam but when it arrived it was absolutely beautiful. I ordered a 2026 desk calendar. At first they sent me a 2025. They fixed it quickly by sending the correct 2026. The pictures look nice... but somewhat old-fashioned.

Package was not sealed properly

I ordered my shirts a week ago and received one of them a package that seemed to be opened and not sealed. I ordered 2 shirts and there was only one in the package. The shirt I did receive was a great quality, one was missing!😐️

Ball Cap

I ordered a hat for my husband three weeks ago. I received an email that it was shipped. But that's it. I've tried to get ahold of them repeatedly but nothing. The little bar on my tracking had not moved since email 3 weeks ago.

Not honorable, reputable or trustworthy

If I could give this company a “ZERO”, I certainly would because I truly feel that they use totally unethical and unscrupulous sales practices and tactics that deceive and mislead customers. First and foremost, I was never informed before placing this order or immediately after that my item was not made in the USA and that it was actually made and shipping from Vietnam. Had I known it was shipping from Vietnam, I would never have placed the order. Second, I do not appreciate paying $10.99 for shipping charges, then hit with an additional charge of $9.59 without any explanations or reasons why. I contacted Printblur, through their website and I was not thrilled or happy that they do not respond back right away and regrettably I had to wait. When I finally received a response I was not amused with the response. I requested to immediately cancel this order based on the fact that I feel this company is not honest, reputable or trustworthy. I strongly feel that they use blatantly false and misleading advertising practices with regards to their products and services. I feel that they knowingly, intentionally and deliberately hide the truth about their products and where they are made and shipped from for the sole purpose and reason to deceive unsuspecting customers. First and foremost I feel strongly that this company should notify customers that products they are selling are made and shipped from Vietnam. No customer should be strung along and only after contacting this seller with questions, they let you know about the additional charges and that your order is coming from Vietnam. This certainly does not seem right or fair. I can not in good conscience give this company a good review when my entire experience with this company has been a horrible and horrendous ordeal. I don’t like being lied too, I don’t like getting a royal run around and I certainly do not appreciate being taken advantage of, and I feel ripped off and defrauded. This item was not received and I feel that I may have to dispute this transaction because it was not delivered and certainly not received. I plan on filing a complaint with the State Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Fraud & Protection and the Better Business Bureau because this company needs to be fully investigated for there immoral and illegal practices.

Crappy product, incompetent customer service

I ordered a custom keychain. The price was reasonable, but that is the only good thing I can say. The item arrived late. After it was officially late, I emailed them asking where it was. They come back saying they can't find my order and they didn't even have record of my purchase. It finally does show up and it looks like c**p! The second letter in my wife's name and the fifth letter in my name were a different font AND height as the rest of the letters! Who orders text like that? How does it come off the printer like that and they say "looks good to me"? I emailed them again saying it finally arrived, but now I want a refund because of the above reasons. Again, they can't find my order. Now they are asking for my information and proof of purchase. Which I complied with. I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing the charge. I sent them a photo of the ugly item. Still with the "we can't locate your order" BS. I asked what do I need to do to get a refund and that I'd gladly send it back, and just needed instructions. I was ignored. Then they just stopped emailing back. After all that they had the audacity to send me a generic "rate our service" survey. They didn't refund me and I still have that POS keychain that I don't want....They will never earn my business again.

Shipping

I purchased an customized Jersey on 7/4/25, and was sent an email stating that my item was shipped out on 7/7/25; however, after 3weeks (7/28/25) I still had not received my purchase. I contacted support and a day later, I was informed that the “delivery company missed my package”. I was offered a refund, credit, or to have this still shipped (15-20 business days). I asked that due to the error of the company, if this could be expressed shipped out for delivery by 8/8/25. I was informed that I would have to pay additional fees for express shipping, other than that it would not receive my item for another 9-21 business days. This was not any error of mine and I feel that the company did not effectively attempt to resolve the issue. The company would rather lose money with a refund, than to pay the cost of express shipping; due to the incompetence of their shipping methods. I would never attempt to order from this company again.

Package arrived 6 days late

I paid premium shipping so the shirt would arrive for an event. It arrived 6 days late. I emailed the company 4 dais before the event to make sure it would arrive on time. I had many conversations with them. They them only offered a refund of either the shipping or the shirt. The shirt is a costume shirt. Where would I ever wear it except for the event. They then told me they would offer the shipping and the cost of the shirt. When I asked about sending the shirt back they told me if I did that they would not be able to refund both. I waited 2 weeks and no refund was offered. I contacted them again and then they went back to saying I only get one of the refunds. What a joke of a company. I would never use them. I have never written a review before but I want to save someone from going from this same problem.

Thieves!

This company is a joke! They are thieves! They take your money, they make you wait weeks to get your products and then when they finally arrive, they are not wearable! I bought several pairs of leggings spent over $100 and they are unwearable! Customer service says because the design is correct. There is nothing they can do. What in the actual.. how is it my fault that I spent all this good money on product and I can't use it?! That seems unreal! Now I have to take a hit to my bank account because they don't care about customer service and they want to rip you off?! I hope to save someone else for making this mistake. Do not order from them! Lackluster! All they care about is profit /money! They don't care if your order is usable!

ZERO STARS, HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on December 12. I immediately received an order confirmation and that was the last that I heard from them. The tracking number was for a shipping company in China that hasn't been updated since the original order. I reached out four separate times via their online (lack of) "support" link and got responses that I'd hear back within 12 hours. NO RESPONSE! I called their phone number (775-522-3666) and after 20 minutes of my questions and mostly silence on the other side, I was told "most of their packages will arrive between December 28 and 31", but my package couldn't be confirmed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY; AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. This was my first time ordering and I saw the 100% guarantee so I thought I was safe. Nope. This company just wants your money. They print on demand but will run "out of stock" of items you purchased, send you the wrong color, split up your orders, send you 35+ emails about ONE order, and then send you an offensive shirt. You'll beg them to help and they'll refuse. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS; and work with a reputable one who cares about their customers. I'll be doing that once I contact my credit company about the refund since Printblur is refusing.

Bad experience. Ordered a personalized Christmas ornament first week of December for Christmas gift. Did not receive a confirmation email but credit card was immediately charged. Never received the item before Christmas. Spoke with customer service the first week of January, an inquiry ticket was opened, only received a confirmation email that an inquiry was started. Five days later the ornament arrived, didn't look half as good as the picture on the website. Would not recommend using this vendor for any future purchases.
