I quite liked how the customer service managed my return request. The rep who managed it was quick and gave me choices to improve my experience.

The dress fitted nicely

The dress fitted nicely. I'm glad I decided to buy it for my anniversary dinner. Even after dinner, I still felt confident, elegant and sexy!

The company is fine. I bought two dresses, they're nice. Same size I usually wear, but not exactly right. The built-in shapewear is great.

So far, I am not pleased!

I bought 2 swimsuits on June 16th. It’s now June 25th and Popilush still hasn’t given me any news. I live on the east coast and the items are shipping from the east coast??? Why is it taking so much time? Leaving in 2 days for a trip. This really shouldn’t take this long. Looks like I’ll need to spend extra money on other clothes to bring. I’ll come back to review the suits if they arrive!

I used their size chart, but the thing was too large. Shipping takes ages, and when the tag came off as I tried it on, I couldn't send it back. Not sure about buying again. The quality is just alright.

I ordered the Shapewear Body-Sculpting Halter Neck Jumpsuit in size 4. My figure is an hourglass shape. Getting into the jumpsuit was quite a task, especially around the hips, but going a size up would just make it baggy on my legs. Once I put it on, I felt worse than if I hadn’t worn any shapewear; it seemed to highlight my tummy when I didn’t have one. I was so self-aware that I wore my jacket all day. Honestly, it's not worth the cost; any other jumpsuit might have looked just as good, or even better, if you matched it with a more useful shapewear.

Order arrived with no issue; however, the assistance I received wasn't quite what I expected. I've contacted customer service, as per the website's instructions, asking for assistance with my concerns, but I'm yet to receive a response despite sending multiple emails. The product quality appears to be good, but there seems to be room for improvement when it comes to customer service.

This company needs to reconsider

This company needs to reconsider labeling this bodysuit as shapewear because it doesn't live up to that claim at all. It's essentially just a basic bodysuit without any real shaping effect. While the fabric quality is decent, there's not much else to praise about it.

Scam!!

Complete scam!!! I researched their website regarding return policy prior to ordering a dress. Their return policy states if you don’t absolutely love your purchase please contact customer service to receive a return shipping label to mail your purchase back & full refund will be issued. The dress I received is cheaply made & did not fit. I reached out to their customer service & received an email instructing me to purchase a return label & send the dress back. Advertising you provide a return label then don’t honor that is false advertising & illegal. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau with this. Then I’m contacting my credit card & disputing the charge. I will NEVER order from these scam artists again!

The worst customer service and they steal your money by not returning it when you return items

This company customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I returned three items and was only refunded for two They wrote me over fifty emails trying to weasel out of giving me my money back citing their business problems with apps I didn't use to purchase. Last they wanted my bank account information which I refused to give Bec I just wanted my credit card refunded. They are liars and thieves. Don't but their stuff with any expectations of returning Bec you'll never get satisfied. This is an ongoing battle for my money for over three months. I finally asked them to just send me a paper check Bec I refuse to share personal info with them . We'll see what happens

Bought this cute dress, but

Bought this cute dress, but it was too big, so I sent it back for a smaller one. When the new one arrived, it was still way too long for my 5'8" height, like 2 inches too long. Emailed their customer service 3 times asking for a refund since I can't wear it without tripping over. No replies at all. Seriously, their customer service is awful. Thinking about reporting them to the CFPB and BBB because this is just unacceptable. Ladies, if you've had the same problem, you should definitely consider doing the same. So disappointed and won't be buying from them again.

Bought a bunch of dresses on September 1, hoping to find the perfect one for a wedding. None of them worked out, so I tried to return them. Followed all the website instructions but no return label came, even after a week of asking. Customer service? Completely silent. Starting to think they’re stalling so the return window closes and I’m stuck with these dresses. Feels pretty shady to me. I’ve liked what I got from them before, but after this? No more shopping from Popilush. Might even report them to the Better Business Bureau. Ugh, what a letdown.

I ordered more than 10 days ago and have not received any tracking info. I tried contacting customer support through chat, email, and phone but got no reply or help. I will be contacting my bank to file a claim for this.
