Terrible customer service! Avoid these scammers. I ordered 4 items from Oxknit. 1 arrived as expected; 3 did not. 1 item arrived with different measurements that did not match the website. I contacted customer service. They said they would send a return label and provide a refund. They never did. 2 items arrived damaged (1 with pulls in the fabric, the other with 9(!) loose strings. Customer service admitted there was a problem with their factory and that they would correct it. However, they told me to fix it myseld and refused to take a refund. I had to challenge with my credit card.

Bought some pants from this

Bought some pants from this company in China, checked all their size charts to make sure they'd fit loosely. Well, they arrived two sizes too small. Reached out to them, and somehow it's my fault? They wouldn't even cover return shipping, which they claimed was around $30. My invoice showed original shipping was only $10.90. Lots of back and forth later, they wouldn't even let me exchange them without me paying another $28 for the right size, or they offered a measly 30% off the wrong size. After all this nonsense, I'm done dealing with them. What a waste of time and money.

This website is a fraud.

At first, they said they shipped the items using a fake or dead shipping company. Then they kept asking me to confirm with a shipping company that doesn’t even exist, saying the package was lost. Later, they acted like they were sending the order again and even confirmed my address. But when I asked for a new tracking number, they stopped replying. Just know that at the start, a customer service person will act caring, but they’re only pretending and lying until you stop asking.

They seem to be aware of this issue, so they offer a 15% discount if you choose to keep the item. What’s even more suspicious is that the parcel is sent from a company in Sweden. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Oxknit. Returning products is costly and inconvenient.

This company sells sweaters with a design that is not shown clearly on their site, which can be confusing. It took three months for the sweater to arrive. They don’t offer a complete refund, and their sizing options are limited. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.
