I just found out about this service today. Great busyness model. I booked a ticket and downloaded it in about 4 minutes. When I looked at the ticket it had the wrong date. I emailed customer service and received two responses within 5 minutes. One automated, but the human follow-up sent a link to fix my issue. The fix took 2 minutes. It was a fast, simple and accurate fix to my issue. Overall, a great interaction with this company. They solve a problem that is quite ridiculous in the first place. They are not the cheapest provider out there, but after today’s customer service, this is my only onward ticket provider. Highly recommended.
