Overall, a great experience and saved me 50 bucks on five pricey hockey tickets (compared to Ticketmaster, Stubhub, etc.). It would’ve been helpful to know beforehand that they wouldn’t show up on the Ticketmaster app (only on the team’s app and am.Ticketmaster.com, which is some sort of local team Ticketmaster site). Once I downloaded the team’s app, the tickets appeared and everything was fine. In the end, it worked out and we got our e-tickets within a few hours! I was worried at first because I saw some bad reviews online, but we didn’t face any issues. This was for a sold-out Saturday night hockey game in Nashville in January 2025, just to give context for anyone reading this review. They responded fast to all my questions.

This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I’ll be using this service again. It’s a shame because everything else about the day was great, but ticket issues are a big deal for me.
