As a teenager without acne, but with small spots on my skin, I noticed a clear change after just one week. All spots were gone!

I like how simple the ordering process was. It does feel personal. I’ve been using my routine for about 2 weeks now. I’m seeing some dryness on my forehead and nose, but that’s pretty normal. It did help clear up a breakout I had for about a month on my cheek before starting. I think my skin texture will improve once the dryness clears up, but it’s hard to tell this soon. I’m not sure if the packaging is different for the trial period, but I’m not the biggest fan, or this would probably be a 5 star review. The face wash spills out if you don’t open it carefully, and the treatment comes out when you’re putting the lid back on, so the threads get all messy. Overall, it’s been a good experience. I’m still not sure about the price, but I’ll probably pay for at least another month and see how it goes. =)

I started dealing with hormonal acne around three months ago and tried several expensive treatments, including consultations with dermatologists, but they didn't help much. It wasn't until I tried MDAcne that I saw a real difference in the amount and intensity of new breakouts. This has really helped improve my confidence, and I feel more comfortable going out now. The only small issue I had was that the cleanser and moisturizer caused a mild burning feeling when I first used them. Luckily, that sensation went away after a short time.

My acne scars are fading, and I’m seeing less white heads lately. Typically, SA irritates my skin, but now it feels soft and smooth. I decided to try this since it was affordable, and I plan to stick with it because it’s doing a great job! I have combination skin and often deal with products that dry me out or don’t provide enough results. I used to have issues with bacterial acne, but this has really helped me so far!

I had a pretty good time using these products, especially the cleanser - it made my face feel fresh and radiant quickly, which was nice, and my partner even noticed a change. The moisturizer worked well this winter, helping with some dryness and making my skin feel better. I believe the products are really good, and I've already told my friends to check them out and give them a try.

After just 2 days, the big pimple I had before starting with MDAcne was gone, which really surprised me. 😊😊 I would have given 5 stars, but I'm holding back one because the products are not in large amounts. 😢 I like them a lot and wish they came in bigger bottles!!!

Credibility of This Company

I have subscribed to MDacne since May 2023. During this almost 1.5 years, I have a couple unpleasant experience with this company, making me question about their credibility in the industry. First Issue: Shipping and Customer Support My subscription was shipped on October 31. This time, the company separated the retinol treatment from the rest of the subscription, so I received two tracking numbers. A week later, I received the first package. When I tracked the second shipment, UPS tracking displayed: "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package." Another week passed without tracking update, I contacted customer support. A representative, "L," responded: "I've checked the tracking information for the rest of your order and see that your package was delivered on November 6! Have you had a chance to check for it yet? It may be hiding in the mailbox." Clearly, she hadn’t carefully read my message and used her templates to respond. I had explicitly stated that there were two packages—one of which I had already received—and I was inquiring about the one that hadn’t arrived. Another representative, "M," then stepped in with standard responses: "That being said, not to worry, if we still don't see an update by November 21, 2024, we'd be happy to process a replacement or issue a refund from there." She also sent me an article titled "Lost in Transit." I waited another week. On November 19, I checked UPS tracking again, and it still showed that UPS hadn’t received the package. I sent M a follow-up message requesting the promised refund and cancellation of my account. Deep down, I knew I wouldn’t get the refund, given how my case had been handled. As expected, M responded: "As carriers have advised that, although there may not be any recent tracking updates, the packages are still in transit and should be on their way to you. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to consider the package as 'lost in transit.'" She added that there was no guarantee on delivery dates and shared another article. I wasn’t surprised by their refusal to refund my money, given their unprofessionalism. However, they never should have promised a refund in the first place. When UPS clearly indicates that the package never arrived at their facility, why does this company insist that it’s "in transit"? What is their definition of "Lost in Transit"? Is this a tactic to take customers' money without fulfilling orders? I’ll leave that for you to consider. Additionally, it is highly unprofessional to use generic templates to respond to customer inquiries. If MDacne wants to market itself as a “caring,” “customer-oriented” business, they need to ensure they listen to their customers and provide individualized responses. Second Issue: Expiry Supplement (DIM) When I first started the subscription, I was advised to take the daily supplement, DIM. However, the supplement I received had already expired. I immediately contacted customer support, and they claimed it was the manufacturer’s fault—the expiry date was misprinted for that batch. Trusting their explanation, I assumed the issue would be resolved in the next shipment two months later. However, when the next subscription arrived, the company had used a sticker with an extended expiry date to cover the "misprinted" expiry date. The sticker was poorly applied and fell off the bottle as soon as I removed it from the package. After that, I stopped using the supplement. While I’m unsure whether taking an expired supplement would harm my body, my trust in this company diminished significantly. Everything has a price. The money I lost is a price I’m willing to pay for the experience. It is unfortunately. There are countless skincare products available on the market, and I would rather shop with peace of mind than constantly worry about my shipments and the expiry dates of my products.

This product absolutely ruined

This product absolutely ruined my skin! I've been dealing with acne scars and hormonal acne, so I thought spending £9 on a trial box would be a reasonable investment. However, after just one use of their products, I woke up to my face feeling like the Sahara desert. My skin was flaking off as if I had a severe sunburn, and the itchiness was unbearable. I had to take antihistamines and use a different moisturizer (not theirs!) to soothe my skin. I reached out to their medical team, who advised me to mix their products with moisturizer to reduce their intensity. Unfortunately, after three days of following this advice, my skin was in the worst state it has ever been. I broke out worse than ever, with painful spots covering my face. I had high hopes for this brand to clear my skin and boost my confidence, but it has left me feeling embarrassed about my appearance. I would strongly advise against using these products.

This product is a total disappointment

This product is a total disappointment. Applying it resulted in a severe allergic reaction beneath my eyes. The cleanser caused a stinging sensation upon application, making the entire experience unpleasant. I would strongly advise against using this product due to its adverse effects on the skin.

Scamers

If i could give this company a zero star review i would, my girlfriend ordered one thing and they signed her up without her permission and no confirmation email for every month thing and did the same thing to one of friends, this is a scamming companyDO NOT EVER ORDER from this company

Expired products

Mdacne is selling expired medication for acne.they go ahead and reprint new expiration date and paste it on the expired one.all their products especially the medication expired 2023 and I will be taking you people to court cos that is not good what you are doing. Get ready

not happy this is fraud

I ordered a trial kit by paying shipping. i applied the product on my skin got black spots all over. and on top of it they set us for auto payment options and there is no way to cancel it. they don’t even reply. I think this is the fraud.
