Good experience, I'm a loyal customer and never had problems with deliveries. The only downside is that sometimes the fragrance I want isn't available.

My time with Maxaroma has been truly fantastic. Just got 2 pricey perfumes, they're the best. Good talk, superb packing, and super quick shipping.

I'm digging the fact that they've got some unique offerings, especially the decants. It's way better than dropping $400 on something you might end up hating. But, here's the rub – sometimes they're missing the new niche fragrances from the last three years. Bummer alert. It feels like everyone's in this fragrance competition, all pushing the same popular scents. Not the vibe I'm looking for.

That's an absolute nightmare!

That's an absolute nightmare! Had great experiences with Maxorama before, but now dealing with a recent purchase that got misdelivered is turning into a three-week-long battle. They want you to shell out around $60 for a copy of the police report (total refund is only $247) after you've already filed it and provided the report number. What? That's some next-level inconvenience. They claim they tried calling the police, but that's fishy. On top of it all, they won't even guarantee a refund after you spend more money to get the report to them. This is seriously poor customer service, especially for someone who's been a repeat customer. It's a shame to be treated like this for such a small amount of money. Considering walking away from the refund just to avoid losing more money on the police report. Such a frustrating situation!

Man, something's fishy at Maxaroma.com. Ordered two fragrances, but when they landed on my doorstep, all I got was a whiff of alcohol – not exactly the chic scent I was going for. Did some detective work, hit up three fragrance stores, and guess what? The Silky Woods and Red Tabacco I got from Maxaroma smelled nothing like the real deal. Now, I get it – Maxaroma boasts about authentic fragrances, but what good is authenticity if the stuff's not stored right and ends up smelling like nada? Yeah, they're discounted, but is that a shortcut on quality? Silky Woods was a whopping 120 bucks cheaper, and now I get why. Tried to sort it out with customer service, but they hit me with the "all batches are probably the same" line. Huh? Unless they're aware of some bad batch business, that doesn't make sense.

The handling of shipping insurance is highly inconsistent, as they arbitrarily approve or deny claims, even with a police report. Such a disappointing experience—I won't consider doing business with them in the future. Planning to take legal action through a class-action lawsuit next week.

Awful service---every time. I placed an order for Born to Stand Outs fragrance and five days later they call and tell me they sold out....happens to me every time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
