When I saw they provide treatments for basically every aesthetic issue, it felt like a total scam. Their marketing is made to attract anyone with any concern, no matter how small.

I bought an expensive lip product and, even after using it like instructed, only saw a little hydration. To my surprise, I was charged for auto-ship, which I don’t remember agreeing to. I contacted customer service, asking them to cancel the auto-ship but keep the second order so I could try it. They quickly canceled the second order, making me feel like it wasn’t a real person replying. I’m glad they stopped the auto-ship, but it wasn’t exactly what I asked for. I’m worried about getting my money back through PayPal, but at least it was stopped fast, giving them two stars instead of one. Overall, this product is pricey and disappointing, and I wouldn’t suggest buying from them.

They gave me a free trial and promised a refund if I wasn’t happy. Later, they said I needed to send back the UNOPENED item to get the money back. That’s just not logical. It was hard to prevent them from charging me $160 again for the skin cream. I ended up canceling my credit card. Total scam move.

I had a similar problem to others. I was tricked into a subscription. When I tried to return the item, they told me not to open the package, but it was shipped by a 3rd party, so I had no idea until after opening it. Now, they expect me to return it at my own cost. To make matters worse, the product doesn't work properly at all.
