The service falls short
The service falls short; you're paying for the app, not the service. The app looks nice, but the actual service is lacking. They only send an email for flight issues, and the airline tells you to contact the agent. Luckily, the airline rebooked me, but with a 6-hour delay, making my 14-hour flight last 23 hours.
