I've been with Go Medigap for about 9 years now. Recently, I found my insurance rate was getting higher, so I decided to explore other options. The agent helped me find a company with a cheaper rate, and I initially chose Plan N over Plan G. However, I changed my mind overnight and wanted to switch back to Plan G. When I called the next day and talked to the same agent, I was told I needed approval from their supervisor for the change. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up after that. The insurer wouldn't switch me back to Plan G, so I had to turn to Go Medigap for assistance. Despite reaching out, there was no follow-up from them either. After waiting for several days, I decided to switch to another broker.

If I had a problem or my prescription was not filled I would go to Employee Benefits, they would make a simple phone call and my problem(s) were gone. I'm thankful that there are understanding people at FIDELCARE. A simple phone call to Customer Service resolved my problem.
