    I thought I'd try out

    I thought I'd try out this new brand everyone was talking about. Ordered a pair of jeans, but the size was all wrong. It's been 10 days, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Meanwhile, I decided to get another pair, thinking maybe the first one was a fluke. Ordered on May 12th, and it's been 8 days—still stuck overseas somewhere. The quality of the jeans? Actually, not bad at all. But honestly, the shipping is just too slow for me. It takes forever, and by the time they arrive, I've almost forgotten I ordered them. Probably not going to shop here again. Just not worth the wait.

    I got a pair of jeans recently, ordered them in size 0/2, but when they arrived, they were way too big, like a size 8 or something. I was really surprised because I thought I had my size figured out. The quality seemed pretty decent though, so that's a plus. It's just a bummer about the sizing being off, especially with the smaller sizes. Now I’m just crossing my fingers that the return process goes smoothly and I can get my money back without any hassles. If the sizing was right, I’d probably be really happy with them. Hope they sort this issue out soon!

    I've been waiting forever for my jeans. I’ve asked twice now why they haven’t been sent. First, they said I'd get tracking in 1-3 days, then the email said 4-7 days. Their order status says 24-72 hours for tracking, but it's been way more than 72 hours. Sent another update request and they told me I'd get a response in 24 hours, and to watch out for scams??? Why are they warning me about scams in an email? I just want my jeans. It’s frustrating they took my money but can’t give me updates or tell me when I’ll actually get my order.

    I’m still waiting on my order, and the updates keep changing. I reached out twice to ask why there’s been no shipment yet. First, I was told tracking info would be sent in 1-3 business days, then it changed to 4-7. The status page now says I’ll get tracking within 24-72 hours, but it’s been longer than that. After my recent message, they told me I’d get an answer in 24 hours, and then mentioned scams out of nowhere?? Strange to bring that up in a response. I’d like to review the jeans someday, but no idea when they’ll arrive.

    I purchased 3 pairs of jeans. Unfortunately, a button on one pair detached after the initial wash. Attempting to return another pair due to an unsatisfactory fit was a hassle. The return process demands a picture within a 7-day window from the order's receipt. Regrettably, communication was lacking, and my attempt to return went unanswered, resulting in a $56 loss. This experience has deterred me from considering future purchases from this company.

    Sizing is not constant. And will NOT pay for returns.

    I have order Flamingals shorts and they fit perfectly, then I order another pair and they were super small, then i ordered a pair of capris, and they run small also. IF you order from Flamingals, they will NOT send a return label or pay for postage to return them. But if you order their brand off of Amazon, Amazon will pay postage for returns. Since I see other reviews complaining about their sizing, you would think they would pay for return labels. But they WILL NOT. I will never order from this company again. Save yourself the headache, get their clothing off of Amazon. If they had good customer service, they would just let us know that the sizing is off, and to order a different size.

    So I came across this ad on Facebook saying I'd get a full credit back for a future purchase when buying anything from Flamingals. I thought, "Why not?" and got myself a $60 pair of jeans. I was stoked, thinking I'd snag another pair for free later. But then things got messy. The jeans took forever to arrive—like, December 11th when I ordered on the 1st—and there was zero info on how to use this so-called credit. I reached out on the 14th, only to get a sketchy reply that the credit was actually some weird coin system that expired 72 hours after my purchase. No heads-up on that. I'm just over this shady promo nonsense. Their jeans are decent, but I’m not getting lured into this again. Watch out!

    I’m never buying from them again!

    Ordered from this place a few times and usually loved the stuff. This time, though, I got two pairs of shorts and needed to return one. Their policy says they'll reply within 24 hours when you request a return. It's been since Monday, February 24, and all I've gotten is them asking for more info, which I gave them already. I mentioned in every request that I wanted to return a pair of shorts! Sent four requests now and they keep asking the same questions—if I’m returning or exchanging and what item it is. Now it's almost Saturday, March 1, and my 7-day return window is closing. After that, I'm stuck with these shorts! Their customer service is a joke and I’m never buying from them again!

    I've been struggling for two days just to get a return label, wasted over 8 hours just going through their complicated return rules. There's a 7-day window for refunds and I followed their size chart perfectly, spending $430 in total. Tried calling customer service multiple times and even sent emails, but it's like hitting a wall.     Returning something to this company is a bit of a nightmare. I had to send back a pair of jeans and it was such a hassle. First, I had to email them within a week just to start the process. They needed a picture of the packing slip. Then, they decide if I can return it and give me an address. Once I sent it back, they wanted a hardcopy photo of the packing slip and the shipping receipt. Seriously? I’m paying for shipping and they still want all this paperwork. It’s like they make it so complicated on purpose.     Ordered something back on December 11th, 2024 and never got it. Reached out to customer service and they said it was delivered but I never saw it. No one around me got it either. Told them, and they offered to resend it. Gave them another shot, still nothing. Now they’re saying they’ll only refund 70% because of shipping costs. If I’d gotten my order, no problem with the shipping cost, right? But here I am, out of luck and money. Also, heads up, their site shows up as coatpop.com too. Pretty frustrating experience, and I bet I’m not the only one dealing with this mess.

    So, I ordered these pants, and while they were alright, they just didn’t wow me. Thought returning them would be straightforward, especially since I was within the seven-day window they mentioned. But guess what? I had to cough up $30 for return shipping! And then, they docked another $20 just for returning the pants. Can you believe that? That’s $50 gone, and I’m left with nothing to show for it.     I placed an order on September 16, 2024, and there was no warning about the item being out of stock. Days went by, and I heard nothing. Had to send them an email myself to find out what's happening. Turns out, they won't even have it restocked until October 14, 2024. And that's not even counting shipping time. Really feels like they should be more transparent about stock levels so people know what they're getting into. Waiting this long without any heads-up just seems off. Feels like they’re hiding something.

    Ordered back in early December, got a notification it was delivered mid-January. But it wasn’t delivered to me. Reached out to customer service to figure out who the carrier was. Asked three times, never got an answer. They promised to rush out a replacement order. Just got another notice saying it was delivered. Guess what? Still didn’t show up at my place. No idea where it went or who delivered it. This has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company at all.

    Worst service ever!! I ordered the weekend after Thanksgiving- I have followed up and emailed, i received emails that my order was processing, then after a month it said it was shipping, I mistakenly deleted my emails and lost the one from them and tried contacting them on FB messenger- conveniently my order doesn’t even exist and they have no history, yet my CC shows $56 charge! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM- SCAM!!!!

    I ordered some capris on March 17, and here we are, April 13, still nothing. Feels like forever! Their clothes are super cute, no doubt, but this wait is crazy. I’m starting to wonder if they’ll ever show up. Really hoping they’re worth it when they do. Almost a whole month, though? Not sure I’d go through this again.     I decided to buy something from this company back in December. Never got it. They claimed it was my fault, which was annoying. I asked for a refund and it’s now almost the end of February.     I'm upset with Flamingo. I placed an order over a month ago and they still haven't shiped it out. Like, are you kidding me? I even emailed their support and all they could tell me was "oh it usually ships in 4-7 business days." Well guess what, it's been way longer than that. This was supposed to be my first time ordering from them and it's not looking too good.

    Awful shipping! I ordered once before and the 9th of this month and tomorrow is the 20th and my order has not even processed yet this! I ordered once before and the same thing happened. But when looking online I saw they stated fast shipping so I thought maybe they improved so thought I’d try it again nope ! Will never order from this company again! Terrible!
