    It’s comforting

    I recently had to get a refund for some tickets I couldn't use because of health problems, and Fanshield Insurance Company was amazing. They not only got me my money back quickly but also helped me with another issue I had, even though it wasn't part of the claim. The team was genuinely concerned and went out of their way to assist me. They aren’t like those other companies that just don’t care. Their support really meant a lot, and I’m super thankful. I’ll definitely use their services again if I need to. It’s comforting to know there's a company that actually gets how unpredictable life can be and is there to help when things go wrong.

    I had a good experience with Fanshield. I bought tickets a while back for a group of 5, spending over $600, and also got Fanshield protection. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our plans. I filed a claim on a Wednesday, submitted the required documents, and got a quick response asking for one more document. I sent it the same day. They said they'd get back to me in 5 days, but the next day, they emailed me saying I'd get a full refund. They explained the next steps in another email, which arrived right away. I chose Venmo and got my money within minutes. I was surprised at how smoothly it all went. No issues, no complaints.

    I strongly suggest the Enhanced Refund Protection Program from Fanshield for unforeseen needs to cancel a race registration. In my situation, I needed to back out of a Marathon due to health issues. The steps to ask for my refund were easy, and the form my doctor had to fill out was clear. Once I sent in the request, it got approved the same day, and I got to choose between PayPal or bank transfer. By the next morning, the funds were in my account. I could not have hoped for a more better experience.

    Super speedy and incredibly simple! Sadly, bad weather kept me and my family from going to Six Flags. But FanShield gave me my refund fast. They need some info and they told me what’s needed in the email I got when I bought the protection plan. I checked this and I’m happy I did, because I gave all the info they needed right away and I think that’s why my refund was approved on the same day.

    Super quick and so simple!

    Super quick and so simple! Sadly, bad weather stopped my family and me from going to Six Flags. But FanShield got my refund back super fast. They do need some details, and they listed what was needed in the email I got with the protection plan. I checked this and made sure I gave all the needed info right away, and I believe that's why I got approved the same day.

    Fanshield was really easy to use for this insurance and is definitely the most enjoyable experience I’ve had with ticket protection. The form was straightforward to fill out, and uploading the doctor's note was simple. My refund request went through, got approved, and was in my account within a few hours!

    I got tickets for Great America in Santa Clara, CA for my friend's birthday, but she got sick, so we had to delay. Fanshield asked for a doctor’s note proving she was sick. I sent the note at 9:11AM and got my money on Venmo at 10:32AM! That's great customer service!

    I was pleased with how fast my

    I was pleased with how fast my claim got approved. It would be better if the help section mentioned the form for doctors. I didn't see it until I filed the claim. I searched before and only found "doctors's note". So, I got my doctor to write a note, which luckily got approved, but if I knew about the form, I'd have sent it instead.

    I bought Phillies tickets for

    I bought Phillies tickets for August and got a protection plan just in case. Turns out, I’ve got my Navy Reserves Annual Training then, so I tried getting a refund from FanShield. I couldn't provide documentation because military orders are sensitive, but they wouldn’t refund me without it. It's frustrating, because I feel like I got scammed out of my money. I get that they have policies, but it seems unfair. On the bright side, their email response was really fast, so there's that. Still, companies should be more understanding in unique situations like this. I hope they consider improving their policies for military folks in the future.

    Don't trust this company

    I remember when my daughter and her boyfriend decided to snag some tickets for a getaway, and they even got that insurance, thinking it’d cover them if work got in the way. They were pretty clear on that part, you know? But then, her boyfriend's work schedule shifted after they bought the tickets, and guess what? Because it wasn’t a travel-related work issue, they got denied the refund. Seriously, it felt like a slap in the face. Why even bother with that insurance if they’re not gonna honor it? It's frustrating to see them lose money like that. I’d definitely think twice before trusting this company with my hard-earned cash.

    I decided to give this service a shot, and things got weird. They refunded part of my money, but not all, and when I asked why, no one got back to me. Weird, right? Then, on the same day, I had another request, same event, and they said it didn’t qualify. How does that even make sense? It’s not a total scam, but there’s definitely something off. Honestly, I’d say keep your money and look elsewhere. This experience was just confusing and left me feeling a bit frustrated. They need to step up their game and be more transparent.

    First, they returned part of my money. Not the full amount and I asked why but got no reply. Then I made one last request on the same day for the same event they already paid, and they emailed me saying sorry, it’s not valid? What? It’s not a total scam but kinda feels like one. Better to keep your money.
