!SCAM! I purchased a gold membership a few months ago, and this company is only interested in taking your money without providing any real services. The so-called "support" is just someone trying to upsell useless features. When I opened a dispute on PayPal, they suddenly contacted me directly, offering fake promises like better visibility on their platform. But until now, nothing has been delivered. They even claim refunds would come out of their salaries — an absolutely ridiculous excuse. And forget about their "3-month money-back guarantee" — it's a complete lie. This is a fraudulent company with no real value or service to offer. Avoid eWorldTrade at all costs; it's nothing but a scam. I have pictures of the chat with all of them.

You cannot get a refund if you are not satisfied with the service. I requested a refund and they say there will be no refund within 3 months. 3 months means a timeout for returns. When you want to take it to court, you may not be able to find an interlocutor. They already threaten that if you take it to court, the refund will be cancelled. In my previous complaint, they wrote that the problem would be solved, but neither the problem was solved nor my money was refunded. I was scammed. Be careful.

Additionally, I explicitly requested a full refund in both USD and cryptocurrency for the amounts I have paid. However, I discovered that Jordan Karl intended to scam me by charging for supposed “missing money” and an extra fee for using an expired link. Upon investigation, I found that this information was fabricated, as confirmed by the company NowPayments. I have all of this documented, including WhatsApp chat records and payment evidence, which clearly demonstrate the deficiencies in the service I have received and the questionable actions taken by members of your organization. I sincerely hope my feedback will be taken seriously and that immediate steps will be taken to rectify this situation. I kindly request a prompt response, including details on how you plan to process my refund and address these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My experience with eWorldTrade was quite upsetting. They wouldn't give back the setup fee for the Escrow account, even after their staff told me I would get a full refund if I didn't use it. I believed them because of this promise, but they didn't do what they said they would. After trying many times to fix the issue, they still won't return the money and don't have a good reason. I wouldn't advise working with a business that doesn't stand by its word and ignores customer trust.

I signed up for a premium membership in February

I signed up for a premium membership in February, which meant my assigned Key Account Managers should work 4 hours each day and deliver 20-25 A Grade real buyers monthly. However, they hardly brought in 20 buyers each month, and the few they did send were not real or A grade buyers whatsoever. Once the 3-month refund period ended, the KAMs became unresponsive and stopped working on my account entirely. I don't suggest wasting your time or money on this company at all.

This is not a good platform. It's a fake platform. I didn't get any confirmed customers. They are playing with us. I want a refund of my money. I don't know why your platform is playing with us. It's already been two or three months, but I never find my business on this platform. Your platform wasted my time.
