I was really happy with how things went on this website. Their customer service was top-notch, they fixed my problem super fast. The site is pretty straightforward to use, and there's lots of useful info available. I think anyone who needs help with their adult needs would find this site really great. I’m definitely planning to come back for more in the future.

I had a user error issue with my order recently for a big purchase and they helped fix it after dealing with some major shipping problems. I spoke to the customer service team twice today, and their efficiency in resolving my concerns was impressive. I purchased an item that I didn’t really end up liking it at all. It didn’t really work as expected. I contacted customer service got a super fast response and they told me to pick something else in that price range, one of the easiest and best companies as far as customer service. I have experienced in quite a while.

The toys I buy are always really nice!

The toys I buy are always really nice! They come in mostly discreet packaging. The last order had a small toy missing and when I contacted them it was backordered so they gave me a credit real fast! I look forward to ordering more and am thankful for the enjoyment I achieve while playing with the toys!

True fan of eden been shopping for a few years! Orders are as quick as usps will deliver. Always discreetly packaged! Quality is on par as price but its a game you play regardless!!! Don’t forget the gifts and perks. Stop wasting time and energy on nothing and fill up the secret box/drawer!!

As a new customer, I had a problem with my phone having my old address. Hailey promptly assisted in fixing it, saving me from a 2-hour round trip to collect my order. I’m pleased and relieved that the delivery is set for a week from now, right in time for my wedding anniversary as well.
