    What a mess.

    Man, what a mess. I tried out this vet service and had a virtual appointment with the vet, which was okay. But then, when it was time to pay for the meds, their website just wouldn't let me. I kept trying, but no luck. Felt like a scam, honestly. I reached out to complain and they only gave me back half my money. Seriously? Their customer service was awful, just no help at all. If you're thinking about trying them, don't. Go find a vet who actually knows what they're doing and won't rip you off. I'm sharing my bad experience everywhere so others know to stay away from them. Save yourself the headache.

They won't even send you a prescription; they insist on transferring it, which takes 2-5 days. This pushes you to order directly through them, and they’re pricier than Petco. Petco offers up to a 30% discount on recurring orders, but you get no such deal here. You can't message the vet back, and there's no real customer service on weekends, just basic operators. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of money.

    Ugh, what a mess! I was lured in by the promise of weekend appointments, but ended up waiting till Wednesday for a slot. My dog had an eye infection, and instead of something new, the online vet suggested the same treatment I was already using. Frustratingly, the antibiotics they prescribed took almost two weeks to arrive, and by then, my dog's eye was already better.     Man, where do I even

    Man, where do I even begin? I signed up, did the vet thing, that was smooth. But then I ordered my pet’s meds, and they said it would ship in 1-2 business days. Four days later, still no sign of it. Customer service? Forget it. They’re completely unhelpful. Tried getting in touch, booked a phone call, and guess what? They never called back. It's been a total nightmare and I’m still waiting on those meds. Seriously, I have no clue what I'm paying for anymore. It's frustrating beyond belief. Can't recommend this place at all. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

    Had an appointment set up via Zoom, and they made it clear that if I canceled last minute, I’d be hit with a $25 charge. On the day, my wife and I were all ready and waiting, but no call came. Instead, we got an email saying they had to cancel. I reached out to ask if I'd get a $25 credit since they canceled on us, but they said the charge only applies to customers. Honestly, it feels like they don't respect our time. They can cancel whenever they want, but if we do, we’re penalized. It's frustrating and feels like a one-sided deal. Not impressed at all.

Their Rx management and ordering system were a mess. I had to reach out to customer service three times just to get a refill on my pet’s prescription. Instead of fixing the problem, they set up a recurring subscription without asking me. Then they charged me a ridiculous amount and shipped an order I never approved. It felt like they were just trying to rip me off. So frustrating and disappointing.

    Definitely not worth the hassle

    I tried to get in touch with customer service for hours, but no one ever answered the phone. Then, I sent an email and got an automatic reply saying I’d hear back within 4 hours. Well, 12 hours later, still nothing. So, I tried texting through the app and was told someone would get back to me in 15 minutes. Guess what? It took 90 minutes, and still no response. We've been paying them a monthly fee for years, but this level of service is just not acceptable anymore. We decided to cancel our subscription. Definitely not worth the hassle.

    Alright, so here's the deal. I chatted with a super friendly vet about getting antibiotics for my dog's eye. Everything seemed cool, the vet was on board. But then, out of nowhere, I get a message from the help desk saying the pharmacy might not approve it without a prescription. Instead, they decided to send me Credilio, which is a flea medication. Seriously, what? I’m baffled. I'm giving them one more shot to explain this mess, but honestly, it feels like a scam. I had high hopes for this service, but now I'm just disappointed.

    You won't believe what happened with my pet's meds. They sent them to a completely wrong address, in a different city no less. It was such a mess. Had to reorder and pay all over again to get them sent to the right place. And get this, even after all that, it's been over a month, and still nothing. The worst part? I've been stuck talking to a chat bot this whole time. Not a single real person to help sort things out. It's been so frustrating trying to get this resolved. I just want my pet's meds already!

    I've been to this place three times now. The first time, they convinced me to buy an expensive urine test kit for my dog. I sent the kit in, but both follow-up appointments to discuss the results were a no-show. It's really frustrating. I've tried to contact them to find out what’s going on, but no luck. It was such a waste of time and I didn't get the help my dog needed. I tried everything to reach them—texted their care number, emailed, even tried the customer service chat.     I had a rough time with this company. First off, there's no customer-service number, which was super frustrating. I needed a prescription for my pet's ear infection, and while the vet consultation got me that, it wasn't a great experience.     Horrible shipping policies

    The vet we spoke with was very good. However, Their pharmacy is awful. My dog needed an antibiotic. It's one week for processing and then one week for shipping. The medicine still hasn't arrived. I asked for the prescription to get it locally but they just ignored me.

    The site claims you can get flea meds without a vet appointment. After you sign up they instruct you to schedule an appointment with their vet. They won't refund your money even though their service is useless.
