    This company's vets really helped my German

    This company's vets really helped my German Shepherd. He was anxious but Dutch made him better. Meds sometimes took a while, but service was helpful. Paying for a year was a good choice, helps with my pit bull's vet bills too.

    I walked in feeling pretty skeptical, but wow, was I wrong. The vet really paid attention to our cat's needs, showing genuine concern. The whole experience was surprisingly good. Dutch is definitely worth recommending.

    This firm is great!

    This firm is great! They saved me lots on flea meds. The site is easy to use, and the schedule is super flexible. You can even see the vet at 6pm on Sunday! Meds arrive in three days. I'll stick with them forever!

    The vet who looked after my

    The vet who looked after my pet was really nice and caring. She checked my pet thoroughly when it was sick and gave us medicine that was sent to our home. I didn't give a perfect score because it took almost 2 weeks to get the medicine. But the company's owner emailed me to explain the delay, which was nice. I've already told my friends about Dutch! It's a good company to try out.

    I thought Dutch's subscription would be a great deal since it's cheaper than vet visits, even with the meds. Everything seemed fine until I ran into issues with their customer service. My cat needed some medication quickly, so I paid an extra $15 for express shipping, expecting it by Tuesday. I placed the order on Sunday morning, but the package got delayed, stuck in a different state. I contacted Dutch’s customer service about a refund for the shipping fee, but they refused, saying the express window is 1-3 days, even though UPS showed it wasn’t on its way. My cat is suffering and now I have to take her to the vet anyway. I ended up canceling the subscription. I’d rather pay more for my vet who truly cares about my cat's health.

    I tried this new virtual vet service, hoping it would make things easier when my cat got sick. Signing up and talking to the vet online was simple, but getting the meds was a whole other story. After the vet prescribed medication, I was stuck waiting 2-3 days for it to arrive from their pharmacy or be sent to my local one. It was frustrating since my cat needed relief immediately, not days later. It seemed like the whole idea of convenience just vanished. It would've been better if they could send the prescription straight to my local pharmacy. Honestly, with this long wait, I might just stick to visiting my local vet next time.

    I had an okay experience at this place. The vet was fantastic, really knew their stuff and took great care of my pet. But honestly, everything else was a letdown. Customer service? What customer service? It took forever to get the medication I needed, like 10 days! And they wanted $40 for fast shipping, which is ridiculous. Their price match guarantee is pretty useless too since they never got back to me. My pet needed the meds urgently, so I ended up paying the extra cash at the vet and ordering from Chewy instead. Chewy's way better with customer service and fast shipping. Not sure I'll be coming back here again.

    Overall, the company is okay, but it takes like 8-9 days to get your prescriptions, which is kinda silly! Just know, if you need something fast, it's not gonna happen. Also, you only get 10 minutes with the vet. Mine was 5 and we chatted mostly about the holiday. Might save money, but I think shipping should be faster for sure!

    When our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel got hit with a nasty double eye and ear infection, we turned to Dutch. The vet was really kind and efficient, and we appreciated the same-day service. They prescribed meds for her eyes and ears, plus a steroid for her swollen lymph nodes. However, signing up for the $11/month subscription was a bit of a drag, especially since the prescription prices weren't any cheaper than our usual vet. The biggest issue? We had a Saturday appointment and needed her meds ASAP, but Dutch doesn't rush shipments. It would take six days unless we shelled out an extra $40 for slightly faster delivery. Next time, we'll probably look elsewhere. It’s just too pricey and slow for our liking.

Despite being a paying member, it treated me like I wasn't subscribed at all. I couldn't chat with the vet, book appointments, or order meds - everything I paid for was just unavailable because the site didn't recognize me. Super frustrating, especially as a first-time user. Eventually, they fixed the issue, but that first impression kinda sucked. They need to get their website sorted out for smoother experiences.

    I was shopping online for a large Seresto collar for my dog and somehow ended up with a small one in my cart. Didn't notice until I checked out, and by then it was too late. Tried to get in touch with the pharmacy to fix it, but they couldn't help me at all. No option for a refund or to switch it out for the right size. Really frustrating experience. I just wanted to get the right product for my pet, and now I'm stuck with something useless. Feels like a waste of money and time. Not sure if I'll shop here again.

    I am absolutely furious with Dutch, the online pet pharmacy, and I feel obligated to warn every pet owner to stay far, far away from this company. Over the past six months, they’ve been charging my credit card different prices than what I agreed to—without any notification or consent. Check your credit card statements if you use them, because they will sneak charges through and hope you don’t notice. That alone would be enough to lose my trust, but it gets worse. They’ve randomly canceled my pet’s critical medication subscriptions without informing me, leaving my pet vulnerable and me scrambling to find alternatives last minute. They agreed to price match a generic medication, and then days later told me they changed their policy and won’t honor it anymore, claiming the medication is now a “brand” (it’s not—it’s generic and always has been!). Their shifting excuses are absolutely absurd. I was told one thing, and then the terms changed mid-process with zero accountability on their end. Their customer service is downright appalling—unhelpful, dismissive, and routed overseas to representatives who either don’t have access to accurate information or simply don’t understand the situation. No one takes ownership, no one follows through, and their system is a chaotic mess that puts your pet’s health at risk. Dutch is shady, unreliable, and unprofessional. I’m done with them, and I strongly urge other pet owners to protect their wallets—and their pets—and go elsewhere.

    So, I signed up for this service when my dog started showing blood in his urine again. He's had UTIs before, so I figured it would be simple to get an antibiotic without the whole emergency vet drama. I registered on a Saturday afternoon, but the first available appointment was at 8 pm. Super frustrating. The vet was great during the appointment and promptly ordered the antibiotic. She even suggested transferring the prescription to a local pharmacy to start the treatment quickly. I paid the $5 transfer fee and called the pharmacy the next morning, only to find out there was no prescription. The treatment plan wasn’t even in my account, though the transfer fee was. And customer support? Nowhere to be found on weekends. So here I am, back to square one, having wasted a lot of time and effort. Really disappointing experience.

    I decided to sign up for a 2-year plan with this company, lured by their flashy ads promising 34% off all plans and 40% off my first medication order. Paid $128.70 upfront as the deal said $5.36/month for 24 months. But guess what? The 40% off vanished from my cart right after I paid. Then they changed the supposed 25% off on future orders to just 20%. Worst of all, they only gave me a 1-year subscription instead of 2 years, and said I'd be rebilled $195 after 12 months. I emailed them with all the screenshots and asked for a refund. Instead of just responding, they wanted me to schedule a call. The call never happened at the appointed time, and when they finally called, they hadn't even read my email and couldn't help. Now I'm stuck, frustrated, and feeling totally scammed. Beware of this company and their deceptive practices.

    I've been using this service for about six weeks now, mainly to save on vet fees and meds for two of my five dogs with chronic heart and kidney issues. The vets are super, and customer service folks are friendly. But, the platform? Not so much. If you don't mind waiting 4-7 days for meds, you're okay. But when I tried to arrange a virtual vet visit on a Wednesday, the first slot was Thursday afternoon. The vet prescribed three meds and said to start them ASAP. I ordered with expedited delivery and tried transferring a prescription to Banfield, but hit a wall. Minimal support between Friday noon and Monday noon PT made it worse. Despite following all the steps, no meds or food till Monday. If you just need routine stuff, it’s probably fine.

We talked about a specific medication for stress, but when it came time to check out, things got strange. I ended up being charged $317.43 for Bravecto, a flea and tick treatment I never asked for. The whole process was confusing, with no clear way to reject the extra product or even understand what I was buying. It's frustrating because the platform made it seem like this was part of the vet's plan. Now, I'm stuck trying to get a refund for something I didn't need or want. Until they sort this out, I can't recommend using Dutch.

    I had the worst experience with Dr. Kim Brewer. From the start, it felt like a scam. Paid the consultation fee, but she seemed more interested in pushing meds through Dutch and denying outside pharmacy pickups. Felt like being stuck in a lazy, deceitful loop. I sought help for my dog's issue, but instead got endless delays and no prescription. Every time I tried to follow up, I got the same runaround. She even suggested taking my dog to the ER without ever fulfilling the initial medication request. Now, when I ask for updates, she just ignores me. The whole process is frustrating and unprofessional. I’m done with this service, never again.

    You won't believe what happened with my vet appointment. It was supposed to be at 7:50, right? I'm waiting in the Zoom room, but the vet never shows up. Then, they charge me a no-show fee! Can you imagine? And don't even get me started on their so-called price matching promise. Turns out, you have to book an appointment, pay the full price upfront, and then jump through hoops with tons of paperwork just for a chance to get a refund on the difference. And they don't even mention any of this on their online pharmacy before you subscribe. Feels like a total scam to me. I just wanted a simple vet visit, not this mess.

    I've gotta share what happened with Dutch. I took my cat to see Dr. Hall, and she was just awesome—super caring and really knew her stuff. But everything else? Not great. I ordered a prescription, and after three long weeks, still nothing. Tried to check up on it, but all I got were delays and vague replies. And then I find out there's this $5 "transfer fee" just to get my own pet’s prescription. Seriously? Feels like they’re just trying to squeeze extra cash out of us.     So, let me tell you about my recent experience with the pharmacy. I tried moving my prescription over, but apparently, there’s this $5 fee that can't just be paid by itself. It has to be paired with buying something. I tried chatting and emailing to figure out how to pay the fee alone, but got no response. It felt like I was completely ignored. In the end, I had to buy something because my pet was running out of food. After I placed the order, I got feedback quickly, but it was only about the order, nothing about the fee. It's frustrating when customer service just doesn’t seem to care about the actual issue.

    Had a Zoom call with Greta Goranova for my dog Marley at 4:10 PM on 10/9/24. Logged on right on time, but Greta immediately said we only had 5 minutes because "I was late." Not true. I had asked her to review Marley's file beforehand, but she clearly hadn't. Tried to quickly explain Marley's situation—he finished a course of meds a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to know if his eye issues were just due to aging. Showed Marley on the camera, but Greta snapped that she couldn’t assess with me moving the camera around. Felt like she was more interested in arguing than helping. Very frustrating experience.
