I placed an order on 2/25/2024 with the expectation of receiving express shipping items by 3/5/2024. Unfortunately, my order status remained "processing" when I checked daily. Upon reaching out to Blushmark via email on 2/27, I was informed that two items were out of stock, causing a potential delay. I opted to proceed with shipping the available items but have since received no response, and my order is still stuck in the processing stage. It's frustrating that the entire order is held up due to the availability of just one item, and I had to proactively inquire to receive this information. There should be better transparency and communication about stock availability before purchase. The lack of updates is disappointing, especially considering the impact on my plans, as the items won't arrive in time for my birthday. I've had positive experiences with Blushmark in the past, but this particular situation has left me dissatisfied, and I don't plan to order from them again. Additionally, the non-refundable express shipping fee seems unjustified, especially when it doesn't guarantee a specific delivery date.
