I got a personal mailbox to start my business. Since I didn't have all the business documents yet, I used my personal details. I paid $25 for notarization. Later, I got the LLC documents and asked if I could use the mailbox for my business. The support manager said no, I needed to register again with business documents. I did that, but they rejected my USPS Form 1583 and Lease Agreement, saying it was in a foreign language. My Lease Agreement was in both English and Spanish. I'm confused. I gave them all the legal papers, but they keep rejecting them. I can't activate the mailbox without it.

I'v been waiting for my first letter to be recieved. It seemed to take a week to get the picture of the envelope. Then I requested open and scan. That took several days which did include one weekend. Then I tried to save the scan. I did get a copy of the envelope saved. I could not save the contents. Then I tried to print the contents. I could not get it to print. I don’t think I ever got the app to save a file of contents or print the contents. This is my first scan so I am still learning.

I wish this company were more better. They often scanned wrong documents or didn't scan things at all. Since they handle sensitive financial papers, it worries me about process and quality control. Support takes forever to respond. When we wanted to change to a new address, we couldn't because USPS says the mailbox is a business address. We tried to fix it with support and they did nothing. They have many bugs they need to work on, but nobody seems to care enough to do it.

We got charged for an extra month even after closing my account and had to argue to get the refund. We used Anytime Mailbox while moving from a temp address to a new one. I closed my account in the app and got a confirmation saying it was closed as of June 30th. Luckily, I took a screenshot of that confirmation. But, they charged my card in July. I called them to ask why, and they said their system didn’t show my account as closed. I told them I had a screenshot proving it was closed. The rep was pushy, trying to make me keep the account even though I had a new address and didn’t need it anymore. So, I ended up getting charged for an extra month just because I tried to cancel online. The rep did eventually agree to refund the extra charge after I threatened to dispute it with my credit card and report it to the Better Business Bureau with the screenshot. I expect they’ll respond to this review and try to explain it away or make excuses. I’m curious how many others had this problem. The service was lacking, and I’d choose ipostal next time.

I had my mail coming to me for a while, but then it just stopped. I called multiple times, and they kept saying sorry and promised to call back. I've been without mail for a while now, probably getting fees and collections. I've called them more than 10 times, and they kept saying they're handling it. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, who promised to sort it out, but I still haven't got my mail. I lost all electronic scans of important documents, and they can't give me a timeline for when I'll get my mail back. This was a terrible experience! I can't recommend this service to anyone!

To add insult to injury, the letter we specifically asked to be scanned was ultimately shredded. It's evident that their provider selection for specific regions, particularly in Canada, is severely lacking. The support system is sluggish and offers little assistance, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of letters and the importance of the documents involved. I've decided to sever ties with them altogether and strongly suggest exploring alternatives. Thankfully, there are plenty of other options available, and the process is practically the same across the board – various providers in different cities and regions with established contracts. While our virtual mailboxes in the United States with Anytime Mailbox have been tolerable, the experience outside of those regions has been abysmal. The so-called "vetted" providers they claim to have in place lack quality control, resulting in the mishandling and potential loss of crucial documentation. Caution is advised when considering Anytime Mailbox for locations outside the United States, as their track record suggests a lack of reliability and proper handling of important documents.
