    Stayed at Louie's place on Henstead Road in Southampton on June 9, 2025, and it was a nightmare. Got locked out for over an hour because the smart lock was faulty. Louie promised a partial refund, but that never happened. My partner left a review on Airbnb, and then Louie started badgering us to change it, which isn’t even allowed. He wouldn’t leave us alone! As if that wasn’t enough, he later accused us of stealing his towels, which is just absurd. This whole experience has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. If you’re thinking about staying there, I’d seriously reconsider. It’s not worth the hassle and drama.

    I wanted to book a weekend getaway for my friend and her daughter, and found a lovely place called Healey House Oakham on Booking.com. It showed the dates were available, so I went ahead to book. But then, AirBnB's system kept glitching, saying it was unavailable. It was really frustrating because we had our hearts set on it. Their online system feels really outdated and unreliable. You'd think with the prices they charge, they'd invest in better tech. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our plans because of this mess. Definitely wouldn't recommend Healey House Oakham or dealing with their booking process. Such a letdown.

    Wow, what a crazy experience I had recently! I've been hosting since 2017 and reached super host status for the last 3 years, but everything changed when some scammers took over my house with guns. Can you believe it? They threw my guests' stuff on the curb and fed them lies about me. One guest even left a false review claiming I was the scammer, which is completely untrue! I've tried to get Airbnb to remove it and show them my documents, but they just won't listen. It's like I'm being victimized all over again. This whole situation is just so frustrating and stressful. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

    Went to see Taylor Swift in Indianapolis and booked an Airbnb for my daughters. Everything seemed fine until they got there. No key, no way to get in. Turns out the hosts are taking reservations just to mark their place unavailable, then re-listing it privately for sky-high rates. Airbnb did nothing helpful. All they offered was a coupon for the next trip, as if we'd ever use them again. It's absurd. Feels like a scam and Airbnb should be ashamed. Whenever we face issues with guests, the company always sides with the guests, even when we have clear evidence that they're wrong. They hide behind vague policies but never show where these policies are written. Their support team is hard to understand, with thick accents, and they insist on phone calls. When we try to communicate through the app, they close the support ticket before we can even reply. We’re done with them and moving our listings to another platform.

After paying on Airbnb, they redirected me to their own site demanding a bank transfer for the additional amount before my stay.     I stayed at this Airbnb and everything seemed fine at first. The host checked the property and confirmed no damage from our side. But out of nowhere, they submitted a claim for damage against us.     I've stayed with this company a few times, and it's always a gamble. But this time, their customer service really threw me for a loop!     I had the craziest experience with customer service recently. I left a negative review for a host because they totally misrepresented their property. In retaliation, the host accused us of stealing cushions and leaving the place a mess, which we absolutely did not do. To make matters worse, Airbnb refused to remove the false review.
