The absence of a unified view for tasks across different campaigns hampers efficient management, with the support team suggesting the cumbersome workaround of exporting data and creating spreadsheets. The absence of a Kanban view for personal task lists and the inability to assign one task to multiple people further limit the platform's flexibility.
