I purchased a ticket for $667. I received a message 5 hours later that I have no return flight as the airlines sold the seats. Either I have to pay $500 more or my Obey is not refundable. Or as the manager said fly one way and don’t come back. Total scam be careful . I will never buy and will tell all friends and family to do the same.

They take your info, somehow have access to the airlines info and then scam you into upgrades or tell you that your ticket is no refundable, not valid, no return flight, waiting list, etc. Avoid at all cost..... we are dealing with our credit card company as we speak....what a mess...the airlines should not allow them access to the sights.

Bate and switch. I made my flight arrangements. Approximately an hour late I received a phone call informing my that I could NOT take anything except a handbag and possible laptop!!!! I was going for a week to visit my grandkids!!! After multiple arguments back and forth. I agreed. Then call credit card company to cancel transaction.

Horrible experience! Booked tickets and thought things were done. Started receiving phone calls saying they couldn’t get me on the flight I chose and they would need more money to “book” the ticket. I was then placed on hold told, hung up on etc., I locked my credit card and will now spend the day reporting these scammers!

I booked online. Some guy from India with a number from Arkansas, told me that he was in Atlanta. Made me wait 5’ for … I have no idea. Gave me all kinds of BS. I called AMEX to cancel the transaction. Am protected from scams by ANEX. No news from that outfit 24 hours later so I might be ok. DON’T PATRONIZE THEM!

If you book with this company, you will be extremely dissatisfied.You will get a better deal on your ticket.But then you will pay for everything from a purse to a carry on.They wanted for 2 carry on $300 4A 1 hour flight.These guys are thieves and should not be allowed to advertise anywhere on the internet

This is a fake site there are lier and they don't have any tickets on thier site they put price and when you byu it they call and they said that you can not buy this flight for this price so we want to raise the price for double. They are scam and you can not trust them. StY away from this site please 🙏

SCAM STAY AWAY

After booking our flights, we where told that the price is only for stand by tickets. We could not take any luggage on the trip. Than they offered new tickets for 600$ more per person. After we wanted to cancel they charged 150$ per person. They are scamming people all day long. Stay away!

Scam and fraud

Bought tickets online from their website, got a call in the morning asking to pay additional $607. Asked to refund my payment, no respond back from the agent. Agent was very unprofessional and most likely were from call center overseas. Had to file complaint with BBB and my credit card.

Absolute Total scam price for flight was listed at $201 for one small carry-on bag you have to have an upgrade the upgrade is 459 for one small carry-on bag there is a no refund policy when you look through this company avoid at all costs they will take your money it is a scam

Booked an international flight, received a call stating I had only paid one way, when the itinerary clearly shows round trip. Agent I spoke to stated he could only speak Spanish when he was answering all my question in english. Ended up having to cancel my credit card.

The price they advertise is low and not real after they charge you that price they will say don't have that promotional price any more and gonna try to charge you a double or triple if you want to cancel they will tell you charge is already made and can't be reimburse

This is completely fraud. They are not even book your tickets after 24 hrs. Nothing is mentioned on their website when you book your tickets but when you call they are talking to you very aggressively. My suggestion never book your tickets with this website

Very disdainful and rude customer service

Customer service is very disdainful and rude. I asked the girl named Mara if she was having a bad day since she was not answering my questions and was yelling. I was just looking for more information, but she didn't know how to do her job correctly.

Absolute SCAM

Purchased airfare for 3,500 and then they called 30 min later stateing that the airfare does not include any carry on or luggage. Its basically a standby flight and that I need to pay 1,500 more!! And they refused to cancel my ticket

Their published fares are not real. They come back and raise your ticket and refuse to refund. Please dont deal with this company. They tried to rip me off by charging a ridiculous amount in addition to published fare. Big scammers.

Tarifaso deal is a scam. They offer cheap deals but then they call you saying you have to pay more to actually get the seats and do not offer a reimbursement. Awful customer service, especially for the employee Jose.

Complitely scam, stay away from this company

I book a flight for $365.85 and then they call me a try to charge me extra $477, when I say no the lady that doesn't speak a good english told me that my card was already charge for $365.85 and there was no refund.

buyer beware i booked a flight an hour later they called saying united would not confirm then try and upsell to me that is bait and switch and i will notify the proper authorities i closed my cc for fear of scam
