Unethical Practice by Tarifasodeals

Tariasodeal has not yet refunded my credit card for the original sum of $106,695.36. I need this amount to be refunded. The company has practised a classic case of bait-and-switch tactics. They advertised a low fare on their website, and when you select this fare, they charge your credit card, but then call to try to tell you that the price of the flight (you just selected on their website) has increased, and you need to pay more for another flight. This is a disingenuous and predatory practice by the company. I require a refund of that amount

Worst experience i've had with a flight booking company. They promised me 2 seats right next to eachother for me and my wife. They even forced me to "upgrade" to ensure we got proper seat selection. When the time came to confirm seat selection, they blew me off every time I called. They would say "sir if we promised to upgraded seats with seat selection then we will honor it." they never honored it, no one ever called me back after i was told easily 6 times i'd get a call back. Im so angry with this company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, RUN.

What a scam

I purchased tickets for Atlanta, round trip from Montana. I looked several times at the listing before I purchased them; I received a confirmation email that said the ticket was pending; after all night, I called the company and was told that the return ticket was standby only, he said all this was explained on the site (which I never saw, even after looking again. I was told I cannot cancel the flight, however after over 30 minutes on the phone, including being on hold, I called my credit card company and cancelled the flight.

Bait and switch classic! Bait and switch classic! warning! warning! stay away! (Read all of the bad issues and horrible experiences in the reviews and believe them..) I was lured into 192$ for a rt and had to pay...only to get a run a round on the phone with barely audible fast talking foreign accented pro and in the end was basically forced into paying 362... after a bunch of call backs, holds, irrational explanations, flight changes etc. etc. major nightmare and in the end lesson learned... Don't judge a book by its cover

BEWARE. SCAM. Just as everyone else, even the people that gave 4 stars and 5 stars (probably the workers, hahaha, hehehe), the rules were not clear, they try to charge more than what I agreed to, they do not honor the price shown, they do not tell you your ticket is on standby, they say they will call you and they don't... what else can I say? Pure scam. If you are in this predicament, I would suggest calling your credit card company, put a stop payment on it, and canceling it before they are able to charge anything.

Bait and Switch. Stay Away!

I have always used third party sites to purchase airline tickets. Saw a good deal on the Tarifasodeal site for tickets and purchased. Received a phone call after purchase telling me the discount did not included luggage only a backpack. I was told this restriction was noted but I could not find this information nor could the reprentative help me find. Since it was a special deal I was not able to cancel in the first 24 hours. Very misleading, bait and switch and not a truthful site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

These crooks stole my money. I was charged $402 for a $96 ticket which i cancelled. The credit card company told me there was nothing they could do because of their policies. They took my money and didn't even provide a ticket. They lied to me and made me believe that they we going to give me a deal. They tried to tell me that they were going to refund the fee but i never did get my money back. It has been over 3 months now and i am sure i will never see a refund from these thieves.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Bought a flight and they call me a few minutes later to tell me that there was a change of schedule and that I would have to pay the fare difference and I didn't have the option of cancelling. If a customer agrees to pay a certain amount for something and then you cannot deliver what you promised then the customer should NOT be charged or by any means try to force the customer to buy something they did not agree to. Report this business and their practices to the BBB!!!

Don’t Do It!! Total Scam!

Paid for a flight today and got a phone call saying that they could not guarantee that I can get on the flight I actually paid for, or even that day but I should be able to get om a flight within a week from that day. And they can’t refund. But they can guarantee the flight I’ve already paid for if I pay double. This is a scam. Don’t believe any positive review like I did. Rep was obviously used to people questioning their practices. This website should not be legal.

Scammers please do not do business with this company. They are a bunch of scammers. Trust me you are going to regret it. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. If you book a ticket with them that's low they will call you and hike the price up 3;times the amount. The bottom line is they do a bait and switch on you This company needs to be shut down immediately I understand they are looking into them. I contacted the BBB and will be taking further action.

Booked air tickets from Germany to US for $603. My girlfriend went to Airport, but her name was not in computer. She miss her flight. Call them.. to change the date, they upscale me for another $1035.00. She went to airport two days later…..again her name not in the computer. The money was never transfer from Tarifsodeal to airline. Cannot collect my money back. Don’t do business with them. The call center in India. Won’t provide management phones. Crooks!

FRAUD! Do not buy! Call your credit card company to block the charges

They pulled the bait-and-switch on my parents, and were incredibly rude on the phone. They lied about the no-fees-when-cancelling-within-24hrs-of-booking rule for American airline carriers, and refused to refund a booking made a couple of hours ago. Google their flagged profile on Better Business Bureau—these are certifiable SCAMMERS. The best way to get your money back is to show your credit card company their history of fraud and dispute the charges.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars This company sucks! They would not guarantee I would get tickets for the flights I purchased. They said I may have to reschedule if I couldn’t be seated?! I said I wanted the flights I purchased or a refund. Zara, the person I spoke with, said if I wanted to guarantee the flights I had to pay $200 extra. She hung up on me when I said I was going to cancel the charge. WHAT A SCAM!!! I ended up going straight to Southwest.

Absolute scammers Total scammers! You purchase your ticket online, and then they hold your tickets hostage until you call them, and then they do not release them until you pay them a 30% markup at the very least. When you say you will not pay them the markup, they say you cannot cancel it anyway, so you will be charged what you originally paid but you will not get your e-tickets. And this happened with my mom's ticket and with mine. Thieves!!!

Appearance of "Bait and Switch", at best. No mention is made of restrictions the low price requires (no luggage, no meals, no seat selection, no options, etc.). The airline found a charge, but they don't know what it was for, and they kindly cancelled it, I think. I never got the ticket. Reading the "positive" reviews gives the impression a company clerk wrote them. Do you ever remember the first name of an online travel agent?

Please purchase tickets else where and save time, headache and money. After purchasing airline tickets we missed a call from tarifasodeal, when we returned call a fews days later our tickets had been put on standby (was told we had a 1% chance of getting on a plane) and was going to cost another $1,700 to upgrade. After over an hour on the phone and $1,200 we did get tickets. Told us it was more leg room, better seats all lies.

100% scammer !!

tried to purchase a $543 airline ticket. After payment they sent an email stating "booking in progress." Within an hour I was advised Japan Airlines did not approve my ticket. I was then advised there were no refunds, but I could use the $543 previously paid to purchase an economy ticket for $1190. Nothing but a scam !! I notified my credit card company immediately and they advised they had received similar complaints recently.

101 % fraud

I had booked a ticket for around $2400 and received a confirmation through email for it. Then as soon as I tried to pay for the ticket and provided my confirmation number they told me that we don’t have any tickets available and that we can adjust your booking by charging double the price. This place is a complete scam as they show cheap tickets online and as soon you try to pay for it they increase their prices and give excuses

A total scam, avoid them!

The follow the playbook written in other reviews here. I made a reservation on their website, then immediately after, receive a call that the reservation I made was for a standby ticket to be confirmed only 24 hrs before the flight, and offering a higher priced alternative ticket. I asked to cancel and they said its not possible. My advise, contact your bank immediately you drop the call to stop any charges to your credit card.

They are scram

Do not trust the this website and do not even try it. They are totally scram and not real trustworthy businesses. No www.tarifasodeal.com was not registered. I lost money with this company and find out now is too late. I ask to refund my money and they pretending don’t know. I keep calling and talk to management . I believe not real manager . Every time avoid to talk to me and say they will call you back and never call back.

FIRST THEY LIED AND SAID I BOUGHT A STANDBY TICKET, WHICH "NEVER" SAID IT WAS A STANDBY TICKET. THEN THEY SAID I COULDNTGET A REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER ASKING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. JEFF TRIED TO GET ME A REASONABLE RATE FOR MY FLIGHT. WHICH LATER I HAD TO SPEND $300.00 ($65.00 FOR CARRY ROUND TRIP CARRY ON). FIRST I GAVE THEM I GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE I THOUGHT I DIDNT READ THE FINE PRINT. *** BUT THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT!!!!!

Beware, its a scam

I was offered a ticket from Kingston to Charlotte at a special price on Tarifasodeal's website, after purchasing the ticket, they called to tell me a whole lot of shit about the seats not being available anymore and that i have to pay additional amounts to get on the same flight. They are a scam, Please beware of this website when shopping around for cheap tickets. It seems a lot of persons have been burnt by these people.

Just a big Scam !

Purchase airline tickets for $310.38 stayed in progress I called 888-539-6670 daily trying to get my e-ticket the representative just kept giving me the run around and trying to sale me a higher ticket saying I'm on a waiting list because the airline is full. I continue Delta airline which stated they have seats available. The Tariaso representative kept repeating you no refund will be given. $310.38 wasted THIS IS A SCAM.

Thieves

Booked a flight, immediatly recieved a call stating the return flight is standby and if I want to switch it would double the price. I told them to cancel, they refused as they booked the first portion as non-refundable. Found out they booked the first part of the trip at 80% of what the total roundtrip was supposed to be. Disputing on my cc. Do not do business with them unless you want to get ripped off.

Big Fraud

I had a terrible experience with this company. They advertise low prices just to obtain your credit card information but do not issue the ticket even after 24 hours of making a reservation. When you call them, that’s when the drama begins. They then offer you the option to book a ticket at a higher fare. I strongly suggest staying away from this company. They are fraudulent, and I do not recommend them.

Fraud and Big Scam

It's a big fraud and scam website. They initially show the cheap price to made a reservation. After you made the reservation, never confirm the ticket and ask you to pay more almost double price to confirm the ticket or show some alternate odd dates and timings or itenary which nobody prefers. I highly recommend do not visit this website and waste your time and share your personal details.

Beware: Tarifasodeal Stole money and Refuses to Refund

I booked through Tarifasodeal and was shocked when they took $332 from my account and then refused to refund me despite multiple requests. Their customer service has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering using Tarifasodeal to think twice before risking their money with this company.

Horrible!!!

Do not use this company! Our flights got changed by over 7 hours they never notified us it destroyed all our other travel plans and non refundable car rental. They said they would refund us and send a confirmation email shortly and never have. We have called over and over again and they have hung up on us multiple times and keep saying someone will contact us but no one ever does. 😡

SCAM!!!

I bought a ticket from DC to Colombia and got a fair price. One day after I started getting several calls from India with people asking me for extra money to cover the ticket that at the time was doubling the amount I paid. I was also told that to use this ticket I can't bring any surcase and that I will have to wait until they have an available sit on the plain. Please be careful.

TOTAL SCAM

DO NOT USE - FRAUD. I tried to book two round-trip tickets and did not receive any confirmation email. American had no record of my itinerary. Two days later they started bombarding me with agressive phone calls and said I needed to pay over $100 in cancellation fees. Indian call center, but calls come from Cape Coral, Miami, New York. They say they are in Plantation FL - BS
