This approach has truly transformed my life. After 2 months with the Zoe “method,” my diabetes is gone and my Qrisk scores are nearly cut in half. The entire program is amazing and I believe the NHS could save a lot of money if EVERYONE tried this innovative method of choosing food. Best investment I’ve EVER made for myself. Eagerly awaiting my retest results with high hopes. I’ve shed 10lbs and feel much younger. The individual coaching and community support are excellent.

I've been a member of Zoe for years and learned a lot about nutrition and what works for me. When I had health issues, I sought advice from their coaches to refine my habits. I'm glad I did; it's helping me improve my health. It's nice to have support like that.

Grate ideas, inspirations, and tests that are personalized & tailored to you. The app & how it works is quite tricky and takes time to get used to. Rather pricey & sometimes all the daily “lessons” & articles can be a bit much, especially on busy days. I sometimes find it hard to log everything in the app, especially if sharing meals (my partner also does ZOE, but it's difficult to then add his shared meals to my diary). Haven't seen any changes yet as I've only been on this program for a few weeks. Still “pigging out” at times, so need to work on that.

Zoe rekindled my love for food! The meals boost my health and flavor! After getting my results, Holly, the nutritionist, gave great advice. All staff were helpful. Zoe is for anyone wanting to eat better!

Didn't Work For Me

For me, Zoe was a total rip off and a frustrating time. I was really looking forward to the Zoe program. After enrolling, I waited like a month for kit from Zoe. Upon trying the test they want, they make you eat what they call a cookie. This is a bag full of stale, smelly crumbs made with palm oil. There was two pieces big enough I could pick out with fingers, rest I used a spoon and managed to swallow all with lots of water. Then I tried the test but the collection tube they sent is not assigned to me and support is non-existent. I tried their AI. After six times telling it the exact message the app gave me, I gave up. Tried calling. That was 8 hours ago and not reply. Tried emailing. Got a reply saying I can go online and cancel. So I can pay $299 for a test that doesn't work and isn't supported and I can cancel my membership and lose my $299. They make all these repeated statements about support but they can't even provide support for a test they claim needs to be done at the right time. I had to fast for this test and change my morning activity for it and then it doesn't work and isn't supported beyond I can cancel. It's a rip off now. It might have worked before but it gives nothing now. I got no advice, no food suggestions, no menus options or recipes. No exercise suggestions. Just a collection tube not assigned to me and suggestion that I just cancel sent by Fin, their AI support, and only support it appears.
