I’ve had a horrible experience! As soon as I left the U.S. and traveled overseas, I couldn’t access my banking app anymore. It’s been months now, and I have no idea how much money is left in my account. To make things worse, I can’t use my card for any transactions because it’s been automatically blocked, even though I informed the bank in person before I left for Europe. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, but they either ignore my emails or just tell me to call, even though I explained that I’m in Europe and can’t make calls. I’m so upset because I can’t get to my money, and it feels like it’s not mine anymore.
