I purchased a car from We Buy Cars Dome branch. I paid R3304 for the delivery and R2200 for license and registration. I went to pick up the car myself, it wasn't delivered. The car wasn't even ready when I arrived, they were still charging the battery to get it started. I had to buy a new battery on my own. They didn’t give me a licensed and registered car, just an email with a document that I had to print myself. It was my responsibility to handle everything for a service I already paid for. I want all the money back for the service I didn’t receive. It’s been over three months and after sending many emails, I only get promises and nothing else.

As a loyal customer who has bought two cars from your dealership, I anticipated a certain level of professionalism, which unfortunately wasn't met. In my recent interaction with Mr. Eksteen, he asked me to get a roadworthy certificate for a vehicle purchase, promising reimbursement for the expenses. Despite his assurances and repeated promises of reimbursement by November 2022, I haven't received any refund yet. This situation has caused inconvenience and financial strain, as I had to bear the cost of the roadworthy certificate expecting reimbursement. However, Mr. Eksteen's failure to fulfill his commitments has left me feeling deceived. I hoped for a swift resolution, but Mr. Eksteen's avoidance and empty promises have only added to my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your dealership.

I purchased a Polo Vivo on September 1st from We Buy Cars in Gqeberha. Unfortunately, the car's engine experienced issues just before Peddie, prompting me to contact my sales representative. She arranged for a tow truck, but I made it clear that I no longer wanted the car and requested a refund. However, the process has been far from smooth. I've been dealing with Charleston Ruiters, who identifies as a manager at the dealership. It has been nearly four weeks since I initiated the refund request, and I have been given the runaround. I've been told that my application is still with the refunds department, and I've been unable to reach Charleston, who claims to be in training. I urge someone to get in touch with me promptly before I escalate this matter to the ombudsman.

Purchased a product from this company. Quality checks and assurances like their satisfaction guarantee mean nothing. Major issues with the product not being as advertised. Using the product initially didn't reveal these problems, but when I found information indicating the issues, I realized I'd been misled. Note that consumer protection may not apply here, so we'll have to pursue legal action to address this. Anticipating a class action lawsuit.

The online price is far from what they actually charge, and they also take extra fees for paperwork or to access your funds immediately, even though immediate transfers are free. It's better to sell your car privately than use this overpriced site. Unacceptable.
