After the passing of our beloved dog of 15 years, we were all deeply sad and missing him. My sister and dad especially took it hard, and these ornaments brought them some comfort, as they felt that he was still with us in spirit, always in our hearts.

This is my third product from this company. My son had 3 dogs pass away and I got pet ornaments for them. The one I got in Dec 2023 I gave to him for Christmas. The whole family cried when he opened it, so I ordered another one for this Christmas.

I am quite pleased with the shirt I got. The product itself is fine, but the process is tricky for me. I don’t get why there isn’t an option for light brown hair but there is for purple hair. Everyone in my family has light brown hair, no one has purple. I also wanted a blonde man with a blond beard and mustache. That was okay, but then his eyebrows were black. It looked bad and made him look Asian, which he isn’t. Why can’t the eyebrows match the hair color? My son and I were choosing it for my daughter-in-law. We got so annoyed we picked a picture where only the backs of their heads show. That wasn’t our first pick. Please try to make hair and eyebrows the same color. I’ve bought 3 shirts now and all show only the back of their heads.

I had to call and email multiple times, but thankfully it arrived in the end. I might not order again just because of the shipping. Customer service could use some improvement as well.

The details matched exactly what was shown in the description. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of how long it took to receive them. The tracking system didn’t work well, which made me unsure if my package would ever arrive. But I’m happy it finally did!

I didn't realize this was made in China or that it would take so much time to arrive. Missed Mother's Day. The quality is good. Mom likes it. But it was late.

Don't do it. I haven't even gotten my order yet and I'm already disappointed. Had I known this was coming from China directly it would have been a hard no. My order was placed on 12/6 and it has apparently just shipped and now it's 7 to 12 days before delivery. Tracking is almost impossible. I won't have the order in timecto gift it.

What Do You Do With Christmas Pajamas That Arrive on December 27, 2024????? Well the title says it all.....Our family decided to have a contest with who had the most creative Christmas pajamas. My wife and I just knew we would win with our customized Christmas pajamas. But to our dismay....the pajamas didn't arrive in time. After two times of sending emails to Wander Prints via their portal with only the stock generic reply...it became evident that we would not be in the running for the contest. Then to make matters worse, we received a shipping notice that said our package had an estimated delivery date of of 1-8-25 - yes. But I do have to give them credit...the package arrived on 12/27/24. The only problem was/is.....it was after Christmas. Now trying to get a refund has become a challenge.....Wander Prints is saying that the pajamas had to be orded by December X; however, that date was never visible to me.....Who in their right mind would have placed an order after the cut off date if they knew there was a family contest to be had? No One that's who. Long story short.....I don't know what the quality of the project is since I haven't opened the package....but what I can say for sure is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BROKEN AND NO EXISTENT. Buyer Beware!

Will never by from this company again

Placed and order December 8th, 2024 as a Christmas present for my wife. It is now January 12th and still no package has been delivered. It shipped from China and the tracking information is not being updated properly. #1 Anytime a package coming from China into the US the tracking number changes to what ever company is going to be delivering to my home. That has not happened. #2 The tracking ups were showing that it left the city I live went to another city 4 hours away and then came back to my city of residence then went to another city all in one day. #3 The only time you get a response from an actual person is when you threaten to request a refund. If you do order anything from this place always pay using PayPal.

Scam or Legit? Definitely A SCAM!

Ordered one of their Suncatcher ornaments on April 23 2025 for the Mother’s Day holiday and still haven’t gotten it May 16 2025. Emailed about a refund and got no response until after I emailed them stating that I will start writing reviews. To which they said my modification request was received and my order will be processed?! What? Terrible experience and I don’t recommend ordering anything from this company. As as matter of fact, be careful doing any business with stuff you see on Instagram or Facebook. Which is where I seen this.
