However, I've noticed an issue with previous loans through Tower Loan, specifically the local office in Huntsville, AL, making premature calls related to upcoming payments. As per my understanding, there's a 10-day grace period, which I've never utilized because I always pay before the due date. It's frustrating to receive payment-related calls when there's no delay. I hope this matter can be addressed across all Tower Loan offices to ensure a smoother customer experience.

They don't turn it into a second loan unless I want it to be, so I can combine it into one payment. The process is quick, and I'm on my way to the bank in no time. The staff is friendly, which adds to the positive experience!
