If I had to rate the Customer Service team
If I had to rate the Customer Service team, they’d get 5 stars — they reply quick and give full answers.
But the company as a whole gets 3 stars from me. They used to be talked about like they were really something, now it feels diferent. One example is the new Flex challange. The 5% daily loss limit looked better than the old 3%, cause that one made it hard to trade without watching every move. But here’s the catch — they don’t say loud about the 2% PROFIT LIMIT. You can drop 5% but only gain 2%? That’s just not fair. Now they’re acting just like all the other firms. Bit of a let down. They’re not doing this to help you, the trader. If you’re into breakout trading, better skip the Flex challange like it's bad news! We can't control the market, it moves how it wants. So forget big gains — not allowed anymore. If there's a limit, it should match the loss rate at least. This setup isn't made to push you forward, it’s more like a wall in your way.
