My go to store
I used them a lot over the years cause of the delivery speed and support they have. No matter when I order I always get my items in a few minutes and if I have any issues their Discord support is extremely fast. They also have ticket supp but Discord is significantly quicker to get a reply. I also like the fact that they have loyalty rewards cause I don't feel like I'm missing out on concierge rewards. Thank you for what you do!

This was my initial buy with The Impound, and I was quite pleased. I got a CCU'd Polaris with LTI. The guidance given was clear and complete, and I got my order VERY fast. They said most orders take about 3-12hrs but I got mine in 3-12 minits.

Fast service.
I made two buys, and I think the first one was worth making the second. Usually, I don't like spending money on pixels, but some ships are cool enough to make it worthwhil in my view.

Buying was simple, but prices are still high compared to some other grey markets, though lower than RSI. Support responded quickly and did the job, but the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Seems like you don't pay for a personal touch.
