Despite providing evidence of the attempted theft, the chat agents claimed they couldn't see the £450.00 and instructed me to email support. A subsequent £1,000.00 transaction from my T4Trade account was inexplicably declined. The situation is concerning, and I'm currently awaiting a response from their support team.
