I moved my domain from another provider and created a SpaceMail account with it. However, I was able to send emails, but I couldn't receive any incoming emails. I contacted support, and they quickly found out that I hadn't changed some DNS records (MX) which were still configured for the old vendor's email server, and they carried over when the domain was switched.
