    Servpro came to my house

    Servpro came to my house after a kitchen fire. They were fast professional the entire time. The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to sign off on repair. We're in central Oregon , LaPine and Alex and shea were hands on managers that educated us in required repair and processes. They finished today and we're outstanding all the way. I cannot thank them enough for treating us so well.

    Their job removing the ceilings from

    Their job removing the ceilings from water damages was outstanding! They came from upstairs in my condo. Still waiting for the complete construction. They covered the ceilings with thick plastic. It’s been 2 weeks... This is inconvenience. Also unhealthy & stressful.

    I had a fire in my house and called them to pack up my damaged items. They claimed some things were non-salvageable but still threw them away, so I couldn't claim them on insurance. When I reached out to let them know, they didn't fix the issue. They charged me a lot to pack everything up. The items returned still smelled like smoke, like they hadn't cleaned them at all. Be careful, they also charged me for bringing the stuff back, even though they said it would be included. I had them clean as well, but they did a poor job. They charged me a lot and didn’t do what they promised, so we had to argue to get some charges reduced. The house still smells like smoke. I wouldn't recommend this company—they're just focused on getting the insurance money and don't care about fixing the problem or how you feel.

    The company is VERY unprofessional

    The company is VERY unprofessional and employs individuals who lack the necessary licenses, bonds, and insurance. Without a home improvement license, they send their unqualified workers to carry out tasks they are not equipped for. They have visited my property without prior notice and performed redundant work, causing significant issues. They fail to supervise the work done by their unskilled laborers properly. These workers exhibit blatant disrespect towards the customer and tend to overstep their bounds on your property. I find this behavior completely unacceptable, and I am pursuing legal action in small claims court to address this ongoing issue.

    I recently had a rather unsatisfactory encounter with a representative from SERVPRO of North Milwaukee, WI about a water damage job. The representative was very rude and tried to bully me, which was quite amusing. Perhaps "tough-guy" sales methods worked back in the day, but your representative is trying to do far more than he can manage. His unprofessional approach and forceful methods were not only unhelpful but also tarnish your company's reputation. I expect better conduct and courtesy from a well-known franchise. Steer clear of this franchise. It represents the height of greed and pushy sales methods.

    mys Servpro experience was a nightmare. They broke our garage door, stole from us, packed wet items poorly, overcharged for storage, and let unauthorized people into our house. They threw away items we wanted to keep, caused around $7,000 in damages, and haven't responded to our calls or messages. We asked to talk to corporate, but they never called us back. Stay far away from this unprofessional, disrespectful company! ⚠️🤬👎

    At first, the company did an excellent job cleaning our house post-fire. However, my experience took a sour turn when I discovered my Louis Vuitton bag missing. Despite presenting proof, they claimed innocence, insisting they couldn't address issues inside closets. Eventually, they offered a reimbursement for the bag, which turned out to be a fake. Despite honesty, the unsettling theft allegation lingers.

    I was recommended to this company

    I was recommended to this company with high expectations, but my experience was disappointing. Despite three prior cancellations with notice, the final cancellation on December 20th caught me off guard. No communication left me waiting, disrupting my schedule. A more proactive approach in handling such situations would have been appreciated.

    awful experience

    I had awful experience with Servpro in Buffalo Grove/Lake Zurich. They didn't return my calls, and when they did show up, it was late and they were unprofessional. The manager was rude and threatening. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
