    Wonderful shopping experience!

    Wonderful shopping experience! Samantha at Sephora, The Galleria in Fort Lauderdale. She assisted me in finding exactly what I needed quickly and helped my daughter with some items she wanted to check out. Samantha was friendly, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant time in the store. The store was well-stocked, neat, and well-lit. Thanks Samantha!

    I stopped by Sephora with a clear idea of what I needed, and I asked Ambi for advice on a color corrector for my dark under eyes. Ambi tried out 3 different ones on me, and I walked away feeling much better about the coverage. I went in for just one product but ended up buying 6 items because my face looked great with Ambi's suggestions - thanks Ambi!

    I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Sephora, but the customer service was lacking. I walked in eager to look around and maybe try something different, but getting help was tough. The staff wasn’t unfriendly, just seemed a bit... distant. I had some questions about foundation colors, but no one seemed to notice me. When I eventually asked for help, the answer felt hurried, like they wanted to get it over with. I still like Sephora for the variety, but shopping there should be more engaging. A little more focus on customers would make a big difference!

    Selection of product is fantastic

    I encountered a few issues. My order took longer to arrive than expected, and there was a lack of updates on the shipping status. But the quality of the products that I received was excellent. I think you just need to improve your order fulfillment, communication, and payment.

After my bank intervened, I tried reaching out to Sephora's main office but could only leave a voicemail, and they never returned my call. In my subsequent attempts to place orders, I was informed of an outstanding balance due to the fraudulent purchases. Despite assurances from a customer service representative, the issue was never resolved. I feel let down by Sephora for mistreating me as a victim of fraud on their platform and insisting on payment for merchandise someone tried to steal in my name. As a result, I've decided to stop shopping there. Be cautious and avoid leaving your account details on their website; it may not be secure.

    I made a purchase and contacted customer service right away, asking them to add my unit number so I could get my delivery. They told me to either contact the postal service or wait for it to be redirected to a collection point. I’ve had smaller brands be more helpful, offering to change the address or even cancel if needed. Definitely a reminder to stick to shopping at Mecca.

    My initial encounter with this website left me greatly disappointed. Placing an order, I was taken aback by the exorbitant delivery charges, which seemed entirely unjustified. Even for relatively small beauty products, the cumulative cost of postage and packaging for a £33 order amounted to a staggering £21. This pricing strategy felt outrageous and was further exacerbated by the already uncompetitive product prices. The only reason I attempted this was due to having a voucher. Unfortunately, it appears that this company doesn't prioritize customer service or fair pricing. It's a missed opportunity, and it's regrettable that I can't assign a rating of zero stars, as it would have been more appropriate.

    I told them I needed it before Mother's Day, and they were supposed to send it with next-day delivery. But when I asked where my item was, they told me after 4 days that they didn't have it in stock. I paid for next-day delivery, so this was disappointing. Only when I contacted them did they tell me it was canceled and refunded, which takes 7 days to show up in my account! If they don't have the stock, they shouldn't advertise it! They should invest in staff who keep track of inventory! It was an expensive item, so it's even more frustrating that I can't get it in time for Mother's Day now.
