I've been insured with SW for over 4 years now while traveling around the world. The customer service is always willing to answer every question (even the irrelevant ones :D) and they're very fast! Together with the new complaint approval system, it's suddenly a joy to deal with my insurance! certainly never expected that.

I strongly advise avoiding SafetyWings at all costs. Dealing with their claims process has been a complete nightmare. They declined my claim for stolen luggage over two months after I submitted it, despite their claim to cover such incidents. Their policy is essentially a scam. I eventually resorted to using travel insurance from my credit card, which provided a far more reliable and efficient service. Stay away from SafetyWings.
