    The product has truly transformed how I handle emails. After working with Intercom on email and templates, I appreciate the effort the team has made to improve the email creation and sending process. In the future, I'd like to see more focus on simplifying the more complex aspects of email setup. I've spent countless hours dealing with DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and bounces, and it would be great if Resend could guide me more effectively to streamline these issues.

    Honestly this product is a game changer.

    Honestly this product is a game changer. After working at Intercom on emails and templates, I respect the effort the team put in to make email creation easier. I hope they focus on fixing the tough parts of building emails in web apps soon. I've wasted hours dealing with DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and bounces. It would be fantastic if Resend could guide me through these issues and get everything set up correctly. I'd like that even more.

    Been using Resend for more than a month now at Dub, and it's been a lifesaver! Honestly can't think of a more well-designed email tool with an awesome developer experience! I'd give it 50 stars if that were an option!

    This company's support is terrible.

    This company's support is terrible. They haven't responded to my request, and they suspended my account on (13-02-2024). Today, they took $20 from my account without asking. If they can't refund me, I'll take legal action.
