Der Dienst hat bei meiner Buchung einen Aufpreis von 100% erhoben - auf dem Ticket steht als Preis 34€ und Railninja verlangt dafür 68€. Support is auch wenig hilfsbereit - hatte einen Fehler bei der Buchung und der Bearbeiten-Button funktionierte nicht - man muss den Support kontaktieren. Obwohl man vom Ticket abspringt - muss man die Daten erneut eingeben - das ging mit dem Handy nicht so richtig gut - und als ich das dann ein paar Stunden später vom Laptop versuchte - war die angebliche Bearbeitungs-Zeit abgelaufen und der Volle Preis wurde berechnet.

Fake reservations

We booked 1 class Oslo to Bergen with seat reservation. Same seit was occupied with another valid booking. So we claimed immediate ti Railnija. They do nothing. Fortunately we found a place in 2nd class. Railninja refused to refund the difference between 1 and 2nd class cause of God and force majeure. I recommend to book direkt by vy.no.

Watch out!!!! Beware!!! They charged me twice after saying I was going to be refunded. Also their pricing is triple the amount of direct booking to train station. I may need to contact the BBB to report them, since they are lying and deceitful. Truly the worst part to planning my trip.

I tried to change my booking with Ninja or get a refund but twice they advised the rail conditions didn't allow it. On contacting the rail representatives, they assured me that they would allow a change or a refund up until 10pm the night before the scheduled journey. On advising Ninja of this, they then offered around 70% of their fare but with their delay, they then said it was too late and therefore forfeited U150.

Reached out to customer support, and after some time, they offered bus alternatives! I did ask for and got a refund. Ended up flying with Wideroe Airlines instead.
