I simply tried to change date of my travel one day later. Gave me special dispensation despite paid full price and took extra payment,. Having taken extra payment then sent me corrupt link only let me choose same train same date. I tied numerous ways to get support and complain. I only ever got told about my problem and my mistake. Deal with these people at your peril. They are a true scam. Eventually got a supervisor after writing numerous mails and reviews to again simply that my mistake my problem. They refused to explain why they agreed to change without telling me about a charge. They also insisted I picked the same train I wanted to change. There is one customer representative who should get a special mention for neglect and absolute shocking service. Nick G whoever the hell you are how do you live with yourself treating people the way you do. Clearly your organisation lets you do as you please and backs you doing it. If we have to deal with organisations and service like this surely we will eventually stop yravelling

Booking a train trip with Rail Ninja from Yogyakarta to Jakarta was simple and direct. Getting the booking confirmation was quick, and picking up the tickets in Yogyakarta went smoothly. The train was new, on schedule, and the service was good. It allowed us to discover a new part of Java. I recommend Rail Ninja for booking trains in Indonesia. Thank you.

I appreciated the fact that there were available tickets. However, I found it disappointing that the price was nearly twice as much as other options for the same train and time. Renfe offered tickets for $35, while OMIO had them for $29, which is significantly cheaper if you're unable to purchase directly from the train company.

Reserving our seats was so easy. Pick your travel date, city of departure, and destination, then enter how many seats you want. After that, just fill in your passport info. The only thing I would suggest is adding more seating options. It would be good to have a choice that says "All together" and then choose Aisle or Window.

We booked 2 first class tickets Burgen to Oslo, we wanted to change the date to the next day. They charged us $60 per ticket commission, then another $60 per ticket to change to the following day. Such a rip off. Avoid this company at all Costs.

Evrythng was good xcept 1 big thing - my wife gets ill if she goes backward when travelin. We asked for front-facin seats but got rear-facin ones instead, even tho lots of seats were free. We found front-facin seats but reservation messed up.

The rail ninja online ticketing system worked well. But I had to pay an absurly high fee. I paid $57 on rail ninja for a KTX train ticket in Korea. The actual ticket price was only $31.50. I'm not happy with the excessive fees!
