I'd steer clear of this company. On the day of pickup, they pull a fast one and change the price, even though you've got a signed contract. They'll claim the driver's just around the corner, and bam, your original $450 quote turns into a whopping $700! And to top it off, their customer service is just plain awful – they're all about talking over you and not giving a darn.

I finally started using this transportation company to deliver my vehicles, and I didn't know how easy it was. I've had vehicles delivered from different locations at a reasonable price and on time, just as I was told. I'm now booking two more – one from Ohio to Indy and one from Chicago.

Dealing with these people was an absolute nightmare. They started with a low quote, but on pickup day, suddenly, there's this "driver accident" story. Then, they basically strong-armed me into forking over more than double the original quote just to get my stuff shipped. To make a long story short, after days of pressure, they finally claimed they found a driver but wanted even more money than we originally agreed upon. It's like they thrive on being untruthful and using bait-and-switch tactics. My advice? Run far, far away from this company and find a different carrier, ASAP!
