After three days, the order was still showing as "processing," so I reached out to them. No response. A week passed, and the status hadn’t changed, so I tried contacting them again. Silence. I called during business hours, left messages—still nothing. Frustrated, I ended up ordering the part from a reputable pool store. After 11 days of waiting, I emailed to cancel the order. This shop is totally unreliable. They don’t communicate or ship products. Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot reviews earlier; it would've saved me a bunch of trouble.

Tried emailing using the address on the invoice, and that didn't work either. It's been frustrating not knowing what's going on or getting any help. If you're thinking of ordering from here, maybe think twice.

Bought a heater for a hot tub to have it ready before it got cold. It didn’t arrive, and they didn’t reply when I tried to cancel. Now not sure if the hot tub can even be used. Stay away. The email on the invoice dosen’t work.

I can't believe this happened.

I can't believe this happened. Ordered a pump, right? Needed it ASAP. After a week of waiting, they email me saying my order got canceled because they ran out of stock. Seriously? Only needed one pump! And now, $5000 just tied up, waiting to be refunded. Not cool at all. This has been a huge hassle.
